I called Dixon Pools on feb.18 2023 and asked for a new heater to be installed at my pool opening I paid ***** the Manager of Dixon Pools over the phone so he could order it in. I had no idea what brand it was until they brought it out June of 2023, and installed it . I paid $4334.05 plus installment.I turned it on one time.in June 2023 the next time it wouldn't work so I called the Dixon Pools.***** sent someone out and he said they would have to order the part. I called repeatedly asking about it never heard back said it was on back order. I called again and set up a date for pool opening and he assured me the part would be here for the opening may 9,2024. no one came so i called asked to talk with ***** but he wasn't there I asked for a call back but he didn't. so i called him again .the name of the heater was *****. I told him I wanted a new heater I wasnt waiting any longer. and he said he wasn't going to do that and he said he called the person he bought it from and they said to send the serial number and he would rush the part to him next week. I proposed and exchange and he said no so I would like my money back so that I can purchase another one from someone else.he claims ***** would have to refund the money not him. He wouldnt give me thje mans name.he bought it from Jandy ,I bought it from Him.I think he should rep[lace it and then he should take it up with the person he bought it from.
