Firstpoint collections is a legit debt collector, thats how they got me, a quick ****** search found this company as a legitimate debt collector. 1st Point Solutions is not. Didnt know the spelling/actual words at the end until they emailed me and I checked the sender email address. Was a bit distracted by them telling me I had to pay $900 or they were going to take me to court and subpoena my sister as a witness. They knew literally EVERYTHING about me. Social security number, bank account numbers, familys names, current and previous addresses, etc. Claimed they were collecting a debt for Elite Cash Wire and I took a $500 payday loan in 2019 from one of their businesses (they have multiple since they are only a middle man connecting customers to lenders) IT IS A SCAM! DONT PAY THEM A DIME!!!!! I asked for their corporate number or address, they hung up on me 7 times. Different people answered pretty much every time I called. Then told me they were filing against me for harassment One lady even said I dare you to call one more time before hanging up on me. I confirmed it was a scam by emailing Elite Cash Wire, who responded they dont have my name anywhere in their system and they dont lend money so theres absolutely no way they would send debt to a collector. I froze my credit with all 3 bureaus and reported it to my local police department. I truly hope someone else researches this company and finds this post if they get a call from them. Absolute garbage human beings. I spoke with ************************* and ***************************, Im sure those arent their actual names though. They called my father and left a voicemail from ************, called me from ***************** and the number on the email they sent me was ************.
