1 starI ordered a part per phone for my microwave. The cost was $73. The part is to ***air my Frigidaire microwave door latch. When specifically asked, the customer service *** specifically told me that a spring would also be included with the push button part for a total of two parts. When I received the package, there was only one item, no spring, only a push button. When I called the company for clarification I was told that there would be another $43 charge for the cost of the spring plus $6 for shipping. I asked to visit with a manager and after waiting approximately 10 minutes, a manager told me she would give me 50% off of the spring but the total with shipping was still going to be $36. I found the part (spring) online the next day from a different company for $16! I believe that the company should have been more considerate with the matter when I was told that I was receiving 2 parts but was only sent one!!Review fromJo M

1 starFrigidaire Gallery refrigerator is less than a year old and still under manufacturer warranty. The freezer stopped cooling first, followed shortly by the fridge. I contacted Frigidaire customer service and was told it would take over a week to get a technician out.The technician diagnosed the issue and ordered parts to be shipped to our home, with a follow-up appointment scheduled to install them. When the parts didnt arrive as expected, I called customer service again and was assured they were on the way. However, the parts never arrived and the technician did not show up for the scheduled appointment.I called again and was a referred to a different local technician. They had to re-diagnose the problem and reorder the parts. Despite the ongoing delays, Frigidaire would not expedite shipping. So we waited another week an a half, once the parts finally arrived and were installed, the refrigerator still does not work.Weve now been without a working fridge for a month. Ive made numerous calls with no clear answers, no resolution, and no urgency from Frigidaire. This has caused serious inconvenience and food loss.Frigidaire has failed to meet its warranty obligations and has provided consistently poor support. At this point, the least Frigidaire should do is offer a replacement or a full refund, as the product is clearly defective and unresolved.Review fromSherhonda H

1 starPurchased a Frigidaire Gallery Side By Side, refrigerator, May 2nd. The delivery date (to be confirmed) of May 7. Electrolux gave me the delivery team (Concierge) number and said they no longer had any responsibility after the sale. Electrolux provided the delivery (Concierge) phone number. I constantly called Electrolux ******** ******** *****, ******** (Supervisor). ******** mentioned that I could request an inconvenience allowance, by submitting a request. I asked ******* to submit the request on May 8. I called everyday up until May 7th. I could never get a confirmation. Why did I have to chase the delivery date. I called again on May 7 and the delivery team said the refrigerator just arrived at the warehouse (wherever that was). I asked for a delivery date, since I was scheduled to leave town on the 8th. Concierge Delivery team said delivery would be on the 8th. Provided a window, when they did not arrive within the 4 hr window, I called for an update. The Delivery team (Abhir) stated that they were on their way and would call when they were 30 minutes out. No call, but they finally showed up. I called to ask about my inconvenience allowance, since I had to delay my trip and keep my food on ice for an additional day. I was THEN told that I had to wait 10 days for the request to be processed. I marked my calendar an called back 10 days later, only to find out that the request had been denied days earlier...no communication with me, whatsoever. We asked to speak to the Electrolux manager. We were put on hold, I guess they tried to exhaust us on the wait time. Finally the **** came back and said the manager, ******** would call us back. ******** did finally call us back and after we would not back down, she offered us $30 dollars. The frustration was worth at least amounted to $100. Looks like I am not alone in assessing that Electrolux and their Delivery Team (Concierge) have a long way to go in terms of delivering any type of *****************Review fromGloria R

1 starDon't buy from this company! They list a US address, but they are NOT an American Company, and they do not stand behind their products. We bought a Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer 6 months ago -- it suddenly died, taking at least $100 of groceries with it. Since it was a Sunday, I had difficulty finding a local ***air*** -- finally found one. He had the machine up and running after ***lacing a "faulty defrost timer". Called ******, whose *** gave me a ***** # for Frigidaire. No one was there. Called them back Monday, sat on hold for over an hour, and 2 men said I'd voided the warranty by having the machine fixed myself. They admitted THEY should have ***aired the machine. The first *** was VERY excited to know which of their parts was faulty... But "the ***ager", who spoke very little English, pointed out (haltingly) that now nothing on the warranty would apply. Told him I would NEVER buy Frigidaire again! These companies are making money in the ** and they should be REQUIRED to stand behind their faulty products! ****** wasn't much better -- ended up being given a "customer care #" that led to an endless "choose a #" line. I filed a warranty claim with them in March for a refrigerator that completely failed, and now, months later, nothing has been repaired or replaced.Let that sink in: they acknowledge the product is broken, theyve confirmed the claim is valid, and yet theyve done absolutely nothing to fulfill their obligations. No updates. No accountability. Just delay after delay while my household continues to go without a working refrigerator.This isnt just negligencethis feels like outright fraud. Electrolux is collecting money from consumers, selling major appliances with warranties, and then failing to uphold even the most basic service commitments. They hide behind scripted customer service responses and do everything they can to stall, hoping youll eventually give up and pay out of pocket.Electrolux has zero respect for their customers. Their warranty system is a joke, and their handling of service issues is disgraceful. If you're thinking about buying any appliance tied to this company, dont. 1 star******** customer service! Only had my dryer since June 2024. I had to call customer service 3 times wait 40 minutes each time on hold to be told it depends what's wrong don't know if it's covered??? What!!! 1 starI bought a brand new refrigerator from ******. Frigidaire has a "no lemon" guarantee. I bought the fridge on April 6. It doesn't work. It's now May 19th and I still don't have a repaired fridge or a replacement after four visits from technicians and over 10 hours on the phone with customer service.Review fromKristina M

1 starIn order to spare the reader their precious time, please see summary of events of Frigidaire/Electrolux 1. Oct 25, 2024 purchased a Frigidaire fridge from ***********2. Feb. 5, 2025 woke up to a completely defrosted fridge/freezer Reached out to Electrolux via chat agent, and live agent 3. Electrolux contracted with ************************* to assess issue 4. *** first appointment 2/ Technician was clear in his diagnosis and said he needed permission to move forward, as the appliance had a broken part that needed replacing 5. Feb 12, 2025 *** technician returned, without the parts he had stated he needed, due to his request being DENIED; attempted to repair with the part that had been approved, which did not work I reached out to Electrolux with my concerns and frustrations with THEM, in which they turned around and contact the *** to blatantly lie and say I was upset with *** (to which I made a fast and furious phone call and Yelp review, clarifying my pleasure with their services 6. Electrolux gave a third date for a technician to come out, and due to MY WORK schedule, I could not agree to the offer, thus, being told I would have to wait until 2/23/25 and blatantly told it wasn't their fault I would have to wait so long 7. Master electrician was able to fix, the issue was what the original technician KNEW on the first visit almost three weeks prior.The main appealing issue here, this fridge was not hardly three months old and caused me and my roommate to lose approximately $200 in food. When I requested some type of reimbursement, I was told NO. I had not purchased the warranty that included a food reimbursement. What in the AF.I demanded, through MULTIPLE phone calls and agents, some sort of reimbursement. 1 starI bought a brand new frigidaire refrigerator and it doesn't get cold. ***** asking the store for a new one the said I would have to call the manufacturer. So I did and explained my problem. They said they would have someone sent out in the next few days. Days past and no one showed up, found out the company wouldn't come out because of the mileage, so I called back to see what is going on. The manufacturer stated that the company they used wouldn't indeed come, but they would have one of their own techs come out in a few days. That day came and no one called or showed up. I called them back again asking what happened. This time they couldn't find out what happened because there was no notes. They said that someone will call me back in 48 hours to get something scheduled again so Monday I'll be waiting for a call, but I have a feeling nothing will be done. I've had a broken refrigerator going on a month and no answers. This is unacceptable. I spent over $600 for something I can't use that is still under the manufacturer warranty. 1 starPurchased a front loader from a local appliance store 4 years ago, and recently had an issue with the machine not pulling warm water (hot or cold only). Called on May 9th, and learned I'm "out of warranty;" the Electrolux *** reviewed the service call options, and I was scheduled to have a tech come out May 16th between 8-12. I received a Ticket Number, and was assured that they had technicians in my area. My credit card was charged on May 9th. I called on May 16th to confirm the tech was coming since I never received a confirmation or a reminder, and after the *** put me on hold for 5+ minutes, I was told that Electrolux has no technicians in my area!?! I never received an email, text or phone call letting me know that no technician would be making a service call (even though they have all my contact information). The *** told me that Electrolux would issue a refund to my card, however the charge never should have been made in the first place until Electrolux could confirm they had a tech in my area. Absolutely awful customer service experience and scheduling protocol.
