    I found the company online. They sent a tech to house to repair my dryer. I was told a part needed to be ordered. The tech left and I did not hear from him until I called a few weeks later. I was able to get him on the phone twice. The first time he was on another job and said he would call back. I wait several days and I called back. I was told the part was on back order. I call back multiple times afterwards and the calls went unanswered, no return calls, no contact. I provided my credit card information because a service fee was part of the agreement. I later discovered my card was billed for the part that was needed as well. I never got the part or service. After reading the reviews feels like fraud.

    Stay away from these people. They are vaporware. A technician (?) came out early April for the repair of our GE Monogram Freezer. Said it was a control board and condenser fan. Ordered parts. Charged me - $677. With the exception of one call after a month saying the parts were on the way and they'd call when they arrived, never heard from them again. Over 2 months calling for status. Calls go right to voicemail and are never returned. Went to the address on the Invoice, **********************************************************************************************. The address is real but they don't exist and nobody (other businesses) at that address ever heard of them. Did find another repair source - different parts bad - repair time, one week.

    When my refrigerator started having a problem. I called this place I found on a website. I called this company because they only charged me $95 for the trip. It was a lot cheaper than the other places and that was my mistake to call these people. It did seem to fix the problem, but after two weeks, it started having the same problem. So I call these people to come back and check it out just because they told me there would be a one year repair warranty. unfortunately, even though there was a verbal one year warranty, I did not receive any paperwork confirming the one year repair warranty. I did call. I don't know how many times I called, but they never responded. They did not even pick up the phone. I left a message many times about us still having a same problem. I ended up buying new refrigerator on top of $800 I spent on the repair that did not fix the problem.I would not recommend these service. Therefor no star. (I had to give them star in order to post, so I give them just one star, but in fact no star at all)

    Put in a new ice maker. Handle will not come down to drop ice. Have call left message, text and no answer. Wish I had looked the company up on BBB before hiring them. Dont know why they are still in business with a F rating.

    This is for what is listed on the invoice as Appliance Repair Center, ******************************************************************************. The phone number was listed on the receipt. No one ever answers the phone, and now the inbox is full and can't receive messages. The messages I did leave were never returned. The email I replied to from which the receipt came was never answered. On December 5, after searching online for appliance repair, I found this company, and the repairman came on that date to fix some drum rollers and heating unit on an ** dryer. He replaced two of the four rollers, and said one of the roller shafts was bad, but he did not have one on the truck but said he would order it and come back in five to seven days. He did charge me for the part. This is December 28, and I have not heard anything from him, or gotten any response from calls and emails to Appliance Repair Center. I would never do business with this company again.

    Only giving it 1 star because i have to, but deserves 0 stars. Fridge was not cooling. Called this company who came out same day which was 11/19 to replace our compressor but didn't replace the thermostat. Was told that they would have someone call us to send a tech back out. No response or tech was seen or heard for days. We emailed them two days ago and was told they would have someone contact us in a few days. Reading other complaints sound EXACTLY like our situation. We lost money in throwing away food. Tried to support a black owned company just to get swindled. The address does not come up for the company. There are multiple phone numbers that all have full voice mail boxes.

    Business Current Address is **************************************************************************Replaced a control board on my washer. Machine started throwing codes before he got out of driveway. Business either didnt pick up messages, mailbox was full, or if they did return a call days later, they set up appts, then did not show up. Finally had to get another repair service. They cashed my check the same day as one service call, then crickets.

    i would give this company a negative rating to start off when we first called they asked who would be responsible for the **** being paid if something was to happen and we didnt pay the day of service.They came out to service our refrigerator on 3/4/22 and the leak was fixed but it still did not work.so they came back out and told us our compressor went out and was going to charge an additional ****** .We ended up getting a new fridge and we asked about a refund they said they would issue one since the work they did was under warranty. We waited about 3 weeks no refund.I called back they said they would have to call the home office to find out what the hold up was with out refund. Did not hear back. I called on several occasions and all i got was a voice mail. I finally called again on 6/28/22 and i got the same answer that they had to check with the home office to find out the problem and no one has contacted me as of yet. i think this company should be investigated as scam artist
