3 minutes ago NEW These guys booted my friends car in front of ******, on Park Rd, tonight. They ended up having to take all the boots off all the cars, and return a car they had towed, because they weren't following city ordinance and we were smart enough to call the cops. Predatory behavior at its finest. Make sure you know the ordinance and dont take any c*** off these guys.**********************************************************************************************************************************************Review from Houda B

I had a terrible experience with this company. They towed my car around 8pm for reasons which I dispute and called me back around midnight to say it would cost $625 to get it back that night or $375 the following day. Obviously, I chose to pick it up the next day. The attendant spoke to me from over a galvanized fence and took my credit card for payment. I wasnt able to witness the amount charged and later got a text receipt for $445. This is a total rip off and they lied on top of it.Review from Daryl P

This company is a snake company who has their registered office separate from where they're actually Towing vehicles which is probably some barn out in Stanly County. He offered me a discount to get my car out in exchange for a non-disclosure agreement because he knows he runs a snake businessReview from Tee S

Only positive, came quick to remove boot. However, upon working with them, the paramilitary man (with multiple fire arms, etc) became combative when questions about predatory towing practices were asked. He stated there was nothing that could be fought about this. Once boot was removed, I had follow questions which resulted in said paramilitary man to aggressively approach me, crossing personal space boundaries, stare me down while telling me to get the f*** off the lot.Review from Jessica S

Terrible experiences!!! They are supposed to Tow at "Owner's Expense" but they are obviously towing at their leisure. I'm apart of the *** and they expressed that someone on the *** called to tow one of my vehicles. When I reached out to the remaining members they expressed that it, in fact, was not the case. Moreover, they said the *** has the authority to determine if someone should be told. When i expressed that i was on the board, he went back on what he said. In prior situations, I've noticed them driving around the neighborhood without proper signage on their truck. And when they found a car to tow, they placed the removable magnet on their truck as they got out of it. All very suspicious. Actually working the rest of the board to remove them as our tow company. Very very suspect!
