Drove 2 hours to look at a car, Was paying cash. Couldn't come to an agreement of a price on the car. Was only $200. Just wanted to mention that car was not detailed, was not clean at all. I'm not saying the dealership is bad, but there are some red flags. I hope they can correct some of their issues. I see there are 33 complaints with the bbb. Didn't have anything bad to say about Sales person or Manager. Just couldn't close the deal over $200.Adam's Auto Group Response

Our prices are very clearly advertised, and you knew the price before making the two hour drive to come see the vehicle. You arrived to the dealership and refused to adjust your offer on the vehicle, which was well below what we were asking for it. We lowered our price over $1000 to try to accommodate and make a deal happen. We apologize that you couldn't make the $200 adjustment after we tried!Review from Ben P

The people are really nice. **** the general manager is a real scumbag. Bought a truck and not even 3 weeks later it started having issues. The truck is a 2018 and only has 53k miles and Ive already had to put it in the shop and spend $550 to get it repaired. **** had a smart mouth and very rude and not helpful at all. ****** and ****** were great, they helped me out substantially and have great customer service skills. **** needs to learn from his subordinates.Adam's Auto Group Response

Our vehicles are all sold AS-IS with the option to go with an extended service contract. You unfortunately did not decide to go with extra coverage for the **150 that you purchased from us a month ago. We cannot control when a vehicle will have issues with the wearable items, we can only inspect and verify that they are in good condition. Furthermore, we were not alerted that your vehicle was having any issues until after it was fixed. We would have been able to take care of this issue for you, but unfortunately we do not reimburse for outside work without approval.Review from Chelsea D

**************, we strive to treat every customer with courtesy and respect. It looks like you purchased a Mustang from ** in July for **** under retail value and it was still under the manufacturers warranty. I don't know why you would call us horrible, liars, and thieves. From your paperwork it appears there was nothing on the we owe that we needed to do after the sell so this is baffling.Review from Camryn M

Purchased a 2015 ***** later to find out the odometer has been rolled back and they have REFUSED to help us!!!! Whether the miles were rolled by them or whoever they purchased the vehicle from- doesnt matter the vehicle was sold to us with a rolled back odometer (Which by the way is a felony). We would like for them to make it right and have given them the chance to do so. We have 3 small children and have no time or energy to be dealing with this. Just sad.Adam's Auto Group Response

Please remove this review. We have signed documents from your husband disclosing that the odometer cluster had been replaced. If he did not tell you this I'm sorry but it was properly disclosed. You can ask for that document from your lender as they also required it to do the loan for him.Review from Joann S

******* was awesome; (Without all of that pushy sales talk)??But **** Auto Group the Company is horrible. I purchased a warranty and my car broke down in 9 days. Adams would not take the my vehicle back for repairs told me to take to the shop for repairs and call for pre-approval. Took my vehicle to the shop and the mechanic called and the representative stated the warranty was too new and was not sent over by Adams. That Adams would have to cover repairs..now here we go round and round. Adams stated they would pay then reniged on their word and said no prior authorization was given. . I was horrified ...I paid 700 dollars for Adams mistake, the warranty is really unusable that I am paying for and the company's word is trash. Please be very careful buying from them. ??Adam's Auto Group Response

Just purchased a vehicle last week, and sooo many issues with the car. It was a delivery purchase, which is already difficult, so you depend on the integrity and reputation of the dealership. I would stay far away from this dealership. *******************, and Manager were not honest about the condition of the vehicle.Review from Alexis C

I purchased an *** on October 21, 2022 at ****** and it had 3 warning codes displaying. The codes were suspension fault, only normal height available, and SOS system limited functionality. The sales rep told me that the codes were stored in the memory, they weren't active. He said the telematic battery that was on backorder due to supply chain issues would remove the codes, and it was nothing to worry about. The battery arrived mid-December and was installed negligently at Adams. They didnt program the battery to my *** as it should have been. The codes remained. Before finding out it was installed negligently, I thought the *** needed to run through a drive cycle to clear the codes. The drive cycle didn't clear the codes, so I took the *** to the brand of dealership it was made by and they told me all of the codes are accurate and the telematic battery wouldn't clear them. They proceeded to give me a repair quote for $6,198.88. After calling and leaving multiple messages for weeks with no return calls from the owners son Chance or the *** I decided to go to the dealership to notify them of the situation and give them the opportunity to do the right thing by fixing the vehicle. They didn't even keep a copy of our contract showing they owed me a telematic battery. After I allowed them to make a copy of our contract, the quote, and diagnostic report from the other dealership, I was told by ****** the only thing they would do is replace the telematic battery again. Luckily I have a recording of their sales rep stating that they were aware of the codes being on the *** when I purchased it and that the telematic battery was supposed to remove them. I have filed a claim in court. After talking with an Auto Fraud Attorney I was told this is as open and closed as a case comes. They were negligent, sold me a car under false pretenses, and committed auto fraud. We will see if the *** would like to revoke their license to sell cars after their investigation concludes next!
