      I bought a 2019 van from Adams Group, and right after making the first payment, the rear end failed. Not even 45 days later, the transmission went out completely.What made things worse was how the dealership handled it. They told us we had purchased an extended warranty but we hadnt, and unfortunately, we didnt ask for the paperwork to confirm at the time. That was our mistake, but it doesnt excuse the lack of transparency. Later, they admitted we had no coverage at all. We were misled from the beginning.This has been a really frustrating and expensive experience. I wouldnt recommend doing business with Adams Group unless there are serious changes in how they treat their customers and stand behind the vehicles they sell.

      Honestly if I could go back in time I would! I stupidly purchased a 2015 ************* GLA 4MATIC. On January 23rd of 2023 from Adams Auto Group. Im so furious with this dealership as well as myself because I should have known better than that. They literally played me right in front of my face. Simply for the fact that I got pre approved for an auto loan though ****. I wasnt gonna go for a luxury vehicle this time around after my car accident I had a ********** CC. I actually wanted a **** Edge. That day I test drove the *** and didnt notice any mechanical issues at the moment. But the moment that I drove this car home I started to notice how my car my car drove the shifts wasnt smooth it was hard. This car scared me about four times. My car completely cut off on me during rush hours. The sunroof messed and now my car is overheating. I havent been able to enjoy this purchase because I dont have the money like I thought I would. I even tried going back to the dealership to see if they could help get out of this situation and possibly put me into another vehicle. But they didnt care to get me out of this car. Now I stuck with a vehicle thats just sitting in the driveway and yet Im paying for a car that Im not driving and I cant get myself out getting someone to co-sign for me. Im just really in a huge sinkhole trying to claw myself out of this hole I found myself in Im really upset disappointed in the way everyone treated me including the sells agent that misled me into buying this nonsense of a vehicle. Yeah the car looks nice on the outside but underneath it isnt as you would expected it to be which is ******* me off because Im without a vehicle right now. My ma is mad at me because shes paying the car insurance.

      Okay, that doesnt make sense it was two years ago but your system should still be able to pull up all my information in the system including my phone number. I never used another name to disguise myself. It was actually the 26th that I bought this car.

      After purchasing a $16,000 on a 2019 Chrysler 300,key fob had to be replaced, windshield wipers replaced,new tires after 9 months,battery replaced $5000 down,these people are crooks do not under no circumstances purchase a vehicle from these people They are out for themselves

      Purchased the car on 08/31/24 and something happened with the engine and could not drive it off the lot. They kept the car and stated they put a new started in the car the next da. I picked it up on 09/01/24. The key fob we were given for the car stopped unlocking and starting the car on 11/10/24, so we went back to the car lot and spoke with the finance person on 9/16/24. He gave us the phone number to a person who could do the key fob and was told **** had approved it. The the key fob person did not show up for the appointment that was set. I call him and he stated he needed approval from **** at the car lot. I called **** and explained what happed and was told he would not pay the the new key fob, because it was working at the time of purchase, but could schedule the guy to come out. I declined and after paying $8000.00 down on a car, you would agree to a new key fob. I don't recommend anyone to use the car lot

      The vehicle was purchased on 8/31/24 and needed a new battery to start, which was accepted at the time of delivery. There were no issues with the key or key fob at the time of purchase and all documents were signed stating that the vehicle was purchased AS-IS. You were offered a Key Protection Warranty which was declined. You spoke to a finance manager on the phone on 11/16/2024 who provided you the information for a mobile locksmith that we recommended you. We have recorded phone calls where it was never stated that we would be covering the cost of a replacement key.

      On Friday October 25,2024 I went to Adam’s auto group after searching other dealerships I did let them know I worked at the airport & getting an Uber every day was financially draining and getting my vehicle would be the solution. None of my family was able to be there or assist in the process so I asked the dealer rusallulah( Russel) if he would help me out with giving good advice on the vehicle & he told me “you should never ask a salesman their opinion, but I’ll be cool and help you out.” So this made me believe him we picked out a 2018 ford fusion hybrid. At first they told me the check engine light came on because they had to jump the vehicle Came out the bank and the dealer was driving the car around trying to get the light off, I called asked where he was n he never returned to dealership. We drove back to dealership and couldn’t get the car inspected bc they couldn’t get the engine light off . They said the service manager was gonna drive it home and the light will b off in the morning. What I didn’t know was the manager lived an hour away then he drove an hour back to the dealer shop the next day There was over 100 miles more on the car than advertised because of all the driving. I then purchase the vehicle and an hour off the lot the check engine light is back on . I had to work 1-12 so I couldn’t really do anything till I was off.on Monday October 28,2024 the transmission blew while I’m in my parking garage rolling backwards. I call Adam(the owner) asked to return or replace vehicle if they weren’t going to replace transmission bc I paid 13,000 for a vehicle I haven’t had for 3 days and I already can’t drive it. I would’ve had to tow it there myself and he said they would be able to look at it and do the best they could do buh that’s all really. So as far as a replacement or a drivable vehicle or a refund I have a lemon. He threatened to not service my vehicle bc I told the business man there was no way to fix the car if the transmission isn’t fixed.

      Drove 2 hours to look at a car, Was paying cash. Couldn't come to an agreement of a price on the car. Was only $200. Just wanted to mention that car was not detailed, was not clean at all. I'm not saying the dealership is bad, but there are some red flags. I hope they can correct some of their issues. I see there are 33 complaints with the bbb. Didn't have anything bad to say about Sales person or Manager. Just couldn't close the deal over $200.

      Our prices are very clearly advertised, and you knew the price before making the two hour drive to come see the vehicle. You arrived to the dealership and refused to adjust your offer on the vehicle, which was well below what we were asking for it. We lowered our price over $1000 to try to accommodate and make a deal happen. We apologize that you couldn't make the $200 adjustment after we tried!

      The people are really nice. **** the general manager is a real scumbag. Bought a truck and not even 3 weeks later it started having issues. The truck is a 2018 and only has 53k miles and Ive already had to put it in the shop and spend $550 to get it repaired. **** had a smart mouth and very rude and not helpful at all. ****** and ****** were great, they helped me out substantially and have great customer service skills. **** needs to learn from his subordinates.

      Our vehicles are all sold AS-IS with the option to go with an extended service contract. You unfortunately did not decide to go with extra coverage for the **150 that you purchased from us a month ago. We cannot control when a vehicle will have issues with the wearable items, we can only inspect and verify that they are in good condition. Furthermore, we were not alerted that your vehicle was having any issues until after it was fixed. We would have been able to take care of this issue for you, but unfortunately we do not reimburse for outside work without approval.

      **************, we strive to treat every customer with courtesy and respect. It looks like you purchased a Mustang from ** in July for **** under retail value and it was still under the manufacturers warranty. I don't know why you would call us horrible, liars, and thieves. From your paperwork it appears there was nothing on the we owe that we needed to do after the sell so this is baffling.

      Purchased a 2015 ***** later to find out the odometer has been rolled back and they have REFUSED to help us!!!! Whether the miles were rolled by them or whoever they purchased the vehicle from- doesnt matter the vehicle was sold to us with a rolled back odometer (Which by the way is a felony). We would like for them to make it right and have given them the chance to do so. We have 3 small children and have no time or energy to be dealing with this. Just sad.

      Please remove this review. We have signed documents from your husband disclosing that the odometer cluster had been replaced. If he did not tell you this I'm sorry but it was properly disclosed. You can ask for that document from your lender as they also required it to do the loan for him.
