    Awful service I bought two cars from this car dealership they all lie. You couldnt ask for no better service while theyre waiting for you to sign papers lol but once the papers were signed they no longer cared also I bought a warranty from this dealership they Ill say it this way it wasnt as described so I canceled it Omgness the ropes I had to go through and this is still not resolved I will admit I do get highly upset when I talk to this dealership due to they have run me around in circles the first car I bought was a 2012 Dodge Charger the car was a total loss so the car has been paid off while canceling the warranty on my second car I stupidly purchased from this dealership I find that they never canceled the warranty on my dodge charger and now they will not refund the funds after dowc has refunded the the balance of the warranty for my 2012 charger and I have been told they could not talk to me lol but anywho I have found out that AMS wihich is the finance company actually owns crown auto sales so they could care the least what this dealership is doing lol only one star cause I had to. Bunch of crooks is exactly what they are

    i bought my car in august 2020, it was exactly what i wanted in a car as a 1st time car buyer, the only complaint i have with that is that it took so long to get my registration and tags. also there were a lot of things that were not explained to me, however that was partly my own fault because i should have done my own research. my issue now is june 8 2022 i was involved in a car accident with a school bus. i have cpi insurance through the company. its been over 2 months of waiting with no resolution. my car is still in the shop and hasnt even begun to be worked on. a few days after the accident i submitted everything to file a claim. i was told that it would take up to 2 weeks for the claim to be processed and that i would have to pay a 500 deductible. 2 weeks passed, i was not able to get in contact with the rep. another week passed i spoke with the rep and was able to pay my part. the rep and the owner of the shop got into an argument because the amount the claim was approved for was less than the estimate amount the shop sent. i was advised ny the rep that i find another shop to bring my car to because it seemed as if the shop ownwer was trying to get over. i did just that but asked the rep if i run into the same problem would they be willing to cover the costs. she hung up with me and told me that she would call me back with an answer. a few mintues later she called me back and told me that her boss said the would either pay the difference or reimburse me the 500 if they chose to total the car. this was the week of the 4th of july, so all of the shops were closed for that week. once that week was up, my car was moved to another shop per her suggestion and now everything that was said she cant remember. the new shop is charging fees for having to pick up the car from the original shop. i had to wait another 2 weeks for them to process this new shops estimate. i finally hear from them and was told that id be contacted by the president. 2 weeks later, nothing!

    *************** brought her concerns to our attention and after a conversation Friday, August 12, we are all on the same page. **************** is aware of her obligations, her CPI claim has been approved and the body shop that she chose has been authorized to fix her car.

    Ive had my Chevrolet Impala 2013, for going on a 6-7 months and I already had a problem with the radiator. Which is not covered by warranty but my thermostat is?? I pay $500 a month for this car faithfully every two weeks DAYS before the payment is even do. It does not get reported to my credit score at all and Im confused about why it doesnt??? I feel that they really rip people off with these cars. I couldve went to ***************** and gotten a 2019 *** for only $300 a month. From other reviews I see that a lot of the cars have problems as soon as they buy them. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. I cant trade my car in because of the negative equity, so I am now stuck paying $500 for a car that isnt even worth it at all. They put people in a hole when they purchase a car from them and then wont even let you **************** from them even when they see you are more than capable of making payment. NEVER RECOMMEND GOING HERE. VERY BIG MISTAKE THAT I HAVE MADE!

    This place has poor customer service. Not so much the car lot but there services department is AWFUL about getting back with me about what is going on with my car. I bought a car in October and there was a loud popping noise coming from the car and the belt was squeaking. They neglected to look at the belt the FOUR times my car has been sent for service because they never could fix the problem the popping noise was causing. So after the fourth time AND my serpentine belt snapping off because they never actually looked at it. they suggested to send it to another car shop they use to get a second eye on the car.Once the second shop looked at my car they instantly found the problem.how did crowns service department not find the issue in the 4 times they looked at it? Thats the question I ask myself. NOW it has been 1 month of my car being in service and crowns not offering any help with a spare car until mine is fixed, the shop tells me my car is not drivable or able to be fixed. I AM STILL IN THE WAITING GAME to see if I can even get a new car. I paid my **** on time if not early this entire time. They have scammed ***** from me so far and Im still waiting to see if I am even going to have a car because my car is now not drivable.. (which I told them last week) no one will contact me. You can never get I contact with management. They hesitate to give you managements name. So since staff refusing to let me get in contact with management and refuses to give me answers. 1 month of not knowing if I will even have a car after all this is over. I do not like doing business with crooks and it seems thats what this place is.
