      The worst scam ever. This company is garbage. They dont care about s******* over small businesses. And will do it with a smile. They charge you sneaky amounts and lie through their teeth, then the add isnt even shown. Trash.

      I am at wits end with their charges. It took so long to receive my " trial" bottle I had forgotten all about my order.Since that trial that cost me over ***** I have been billed almost ****** for months of product ( 2 mos were not even received ) it's so important to cancel at this point that unfortunately the hopes of a refund fall secondary.

In addition, every purchase is followed by a receipt email that once again outlines the terms of the trial and includes the company's customer service contact information, which is also available on the Nugenix website. As is the case with all Nugenix trial orders, you checked the box next to the checkout button affirming your agreement to the terms and conditions of the trial offer. Unfortunately, a **** shipping delay resulted in a later than typical delivery of your trial. On February 25, 2025, your account was closed indefinitely at your request and no further orders will ship out. You have been provided with an RMA # and return instructions for the one monthly supply you received. Once the package has been received by our warehouse, a refund will be processed. Alternatively, you may refuse delivery by writing Refused or Return to Sender on the package. Once refused, you can contact our customer service team for a refund. We trust that the offer of a refund provides a satisfactory resolution to this issue, but if not please feel free to call or email customer service at any time with additional questions.

      I agreed to pay the shipping for a sample of collagen. It took about 2 weeks to receive the product. I had not yet begun to try it when suddenly they sent a message to charge a full month delivery . I had never contacted or approved such & was very perturbed. I immediately phoned to express my dissatisfaction & said I would contact BBB. A few days later they said cancelled the order. I hope no one else has the same experience and that Instaflex does not put any unauthorized charges on my credit card.

      I recently responded to their e-mail to get "free" samples. All I had to pay for was the shipping. I completed the form thinking it was the correct form and only payment would be the shipping and handling. Apparently there is a box to check if I was only responding to the request for samples. The default is an actual purchase for full price product. If there was an option for just paying for samples, it wasn't readily visible and clear. Looks like a scam to me. Be careful dealing with this company.

You received a text as part of our Cyber Monday deal of 45% off + Free Shipping on any retail sized product(s) this was not a trial text message. The text was not advertised as a trial, nor does it lead to a trial page but to the retail page that allows a customer to select full-size/priced product and the coupon can be added in the cart. Our records show that you went through the entire process to add two separate Peptiva Probiotic products (Sleep Support and Digestive Enzymes one bottle each) and applied the coupon. The pricing was disclosed in the cart and again at checkout Additionally, the advertisement wasnt for the trial nor did it indicate it was for a trial. The first and only time you reached out was on January 17th to ask about your charge. We have no records of any prior communication.       Nugenix agreed to return a product that they sent me without me requesting it. I returned the product, they left it with them and they refused to refund the money that they took from my account.

      On July 8, 2024, you signed up for a trial of Nugenix Total-T. We disclose all aspects of the trial program on the checkout page immediately next to the checkout button and require all customers to check a box stating they have read and agree to the terms and conditions before they can complete their order. We also include a copy of the terms in an email receipt sent immediately after purchase. As is the case with all Nugenix trial orders, you checked the box next to the checkout button affirming your agreement to the terms and conditions of the trial offer. On August 5, 2024, your recurring monthly subscription was cancelled indefinitely at your request. You returned the product and it was received at our warehouse on August 26, 2024. However, you had opened a chargeback dispute at that time. We are unable to process refunds when a chargeback is pending. As the chargeback has been adjudicated in our favor, we can complete a refund. However, you will need to contact our customer service team and provide updated credit card information before we can process the refund. We trust that the offer of a refund provides a satisfactory resolution to the issue. You can call or email customer service any time with additional questions.

      Rip off purposely ignore your decision to only try it not buy it took $81.69 from my account after I told them 2 + weeks ago I never wanted a subscription and cancel it when I was contacted by an agent Im in hospital now kidney and bladder infection which was caused likely by Instaflex here on thanksgiving woke up $81.69 gone from my account part of my light bill money Im on oxygen disabled $840 a month $500 rent $300 utilities $40 essentials I would never knowingly agree for $81.69 to be take out of my account one time and definitely not repeatedly I explain this to Instaflex customer service they said I have to wait until I receive it send it back and then I will get my refund that will take a month I cant go a day without electricity talking about a month I cant keep my plan setup for to pay my lights so they dont get disconnected they are inhumane uncaring money hungry unfair underhanded horrible customer service and business skills I wouldnt refer my worste enemy to buy from them people lookout for your elderly parents they will rip them off with no care Im disabled on SSI very ill oxygen dependent the dont care ??????? ????????????????

An RMA # and return instructions were sent to you; however, following a chargeback dispute, you were fully refunded by your financial institution. Nothing further is owed. In addition, these records show that you did not indicate to our customer service team that you had any negative effects related to Instaflex. On October 2, 2024, you called to cancel your account but accepted a discount offer and a partial refund for your September 21st billing. On October 28, 2024, your daughter called on your behalf and canceled your account. Your account was cancelled indefinitely at that time. On that call your daughter requested a partial refund for your ****** billing in addition to the partial refund for September and the agent explained that the ****** billing was outside of our 30-day cutoff for refunds and a refund was no longer possible. Please be advised that it can take 1-2 billing cycles for charges and refunds to appear on your bank or credit card statement. No charges were billed to you after September 21, 2024 and your refund for the September 21st billing has been processed. We trust that this explanation provides a satisfactory resolution to this issue.       Cancelled my subscription and they still charged my card. I am filing complaints with the my state attorney general and their state attorney general for starters. It's time to shut this scamming/fraud company down. I see this is their normal practice. I can't believe they have been operating this scam for so long. You are my new mission.

      This is a scam that counts on you to not read the fine print of the so-called agreement. They claim to send you a free sample in the mail, then before the sample even arrives, you are already charged the shipping (only mentioned in the very fine print). You are placed in a subscription without notification. If you don't check your credit card, you wouldn't even know about the subscription! When I called to cancel, I was told that "the agreement" specified that if you didn't cancel within 14 days, you are automatically enrolled in the subscription. This all happened before I even received the trial bottle! Beware before you accept the "free" trial!

      FANTASTIC SUPPLEMENT. Has been a game changer for both me and my husband for better digestion and sleep support. Recommended by our gastro doctor whose family members all use this product, we've been taking this product for more than a year. Unlike prescription melatonin at 10mg or more there are no nightmare side effects to the melatonin, but does have positive effects for restful and longer sleep.
