A scam ,,, *********************** gets on tv and promotes the instaflex and you can get a discount sample and you pay for it and then find out you put on an automatic prescription and you go to cancel that and it cost you another 20 dollars ,,,, this sounds like a racket to meDirect Digital, LLC Response

I ordered a sample of Peptiva for my friend. I regret doing that. I never would have signed up for an autoshipment no matter how much time I would have to change my mind. I received the sample and gave it to my friend. Then I received another box with only an address, so I stupidly opened the package, thinking it must be a mistake I was sent another sample and gave it to another friend. Then I saw my credit card statement with the charges. By this time, I was charged for 2 boxes at $65.68 each plus the $5.99. Called PayPal and they removed one charge, but asked me to call the company. I tried several times, but no answer and got charged again. Today, I was connected. The rep claims I checked the box for the autoshipment, but must be cancelled in 18 days. They sent an email, she said. I don't use the email she had on file and I certainly didn't put an email I don't use. They even had the wrong phone number on file...from where? Another box arrived with no identifiable information on the package. I got smart, and didn't open it, sent it back "return to sender". The Supervisor argued with me about a refund. I need to send another box back. Apparently, this company has scammed many people as I read the reviews. Supervisor said the terms were NOT in fine print. This company should have their license revoked! They don't deserve even one star for scamming so many people! Shame on you!Direct Digital, LLC Response

I accepted an online ad offer for a FREE SAMPLE of Nugenix (pay postage/shipping only) amount to be $5.99 April 1, 2024.I used my PayPal account to pay for the shipping/mailing, authorizing a $5.99 payment to Nugenix and I received the free sample. I DID NOT accept or authorize any other purchases or payments. Since then, my credit union statements show 2 payments (via PayPal) to Nugenix of $83.15 April 23 and May 20 (total $166.30). These WERE NOT AUTHORIZED OR APPROVED by me. I am requesting a reimbursement of $166.30 before any further action is taken.Direct Digital, LLC Response

I too fell victim to their bait scam. Who on earth would agree to a prescription before even getting the 14 day trial. I called and raised h*** but was told in order to get my refund, I would have to return the unopened package that I have yet to receive. Again the bait scam package that *** never show up that got billed $80.90 to my credit card. I sure hope ********************* and The Big Hurt read these reviews and realize theyre supporting a bunch of scammers. Besides, I didnt think the product lived up to all the hype. I was just producing expensive urine with this product. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!Oh and one last thing, I wouldve left zero stars but that was not an option. It wouldnt let me leave this review unless I gave them at least a star. So just for the record, I am NOT giving them any credit for the star I was forced to give on here.Direct Digital, LLC Response

On 02/08/24, I asked for a sample of Peptiva for my mom. I read all the terms, about paying only shipping, having to unsubscribe to not be charged, etc. I paid for it, made a screen shot of the order, and looked for some costumer tips of how to unsubscribe, because it could only be done by phone. So, I waited for a week, to be sure that the payment was done (also, at the same time I asked for a sample for another supplement managed by the same company) and decided to cancel any subscription. I called the number, and a very nice costumer representative cancelled BOTH subscriptions to the two products I asked for. I will not go into how long shipping took, because that is another isssue.This morning, 05/10/2024, I get a call from someone very amiable telling me I owe $80 to the supplements company! Now, I get some many supplements by mail, that is it difficult to distinguish who are they fromwhen I asked which product he was talking about, he said something ketoI do not use any keto supplements, and I told him so, and the date he told me I bough it was in January, so I really, really felt uncomfortable. He told me that I did not really unsubscribe, so the most he could do ( because I told him that I only had $29 in my card, no more) to close my case, was pay that amount. But then he asked me to call my bank to tell them to authorize it, because I have security features on and that is why they could not charge my account again without me saying so. I am so disappointed! I thought I was dealing with a serious company, and if this was a scam, how did they have my info of me buying this supplements?Now, I am $29 down, and less likely to believe people to call me, and, of course, believe any of the supplement trial offersDirect Digital, LLC Response

Like many others have complained, I've ordered a free sample by "agreeing to pay for the shipping only". Within a month, they charged my ****** for $80 without my authorization. I didn't notice they charged me nor I've received any products from them after they charged me. One month later, they charged me again. I was aware of the charge this time. I called them and they told me I've subscribed their products by purchasing their samples. I've told them to cancel my subscription and issued me a refund immediately especially I didn't authorize the charges nor received their products. Before I finished saying it, the call was terminated. I called again, the call got dropped again. I got no choice but to open a dispute with ******.
