      Horrible scam. Ordered the "free" (you pay shipping) sample, it took over two weeks to arrive. In the meantime they helped themselves to $80 from my account for a second order that I never placed. Then they told me to ship (I pay the shipping) it back and I can have my refund. I can't return what I never ordered/received and they still have my money. Awful.

      We are sorry you feel you had a poor experience. As you know, you signed up for trial of Nugenix on 12/31/2023. All aspects of the trial program were disclosed on the checkout page directly next to the checkout button, and we require all customers to check a box stating they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions before they can complete their order. You also received a receipt email with the terms of offer and reminder emails about your trial. We have reviewed all email correspondence and we do apologize for the delay in the shipment of the trial, however it was delivered on 01/21/2023 ***** Tracking Number **************************). Your account was charged for the first monthly shipment on 1/18/2023 and the product was delivered on 1/31/2023 ***** Tracking Number **************************). In response to your email dated 1/18/2023, your account was cancelled indefinitely on 1/19/2023 and you were sent return instructions and an RMA number. The customer service agent issued a partial credit for the product due to the delay in the shipment and any inconvenience this may have caused. Once the product is returned and processed at our warehouse a full refund including S&P will be issued. Please feel free to call or email customer service any time with additional questions.

      Worst customer service ever. I canceled a subscription that I wasnt told when getting a free trial was gonna be reoccurring charges. Thats fine canceled. My biggest concern is Nugenix is all about getting their money right away but when I went back three bottles of unopened product I had to pay to ship it after I was told they covered it. Ok no biggie Ill get that back. I contacted customer service yet again they have their product and Im on day 3 now of no refuse for all product and shipping costs and all I get told is there is nothing I can do for you have a good day. Why cant I get my refund right away after its been verified you have it but yet yall are all about taking money right away. I want my 200 bucks back now

      We are sorry you feel you had a poor experience. We received a call from you requesting cancellation of your account and a refund for the products on 9/28/2022. Your account was cancelled indefinitely on 9/28/2022 and you were issued two RMA numbers to return the products back to our warehouse. As of 10/10/2022 a full product refund (including S&P) was issued to your account when the products were received at our warehouse. We trust that cancellation of your account and a full refund resolves this issue and provides a satisfactory resolution.
