    I had my windows replaced by First Choice and couldn't be happier! It was fast, affordable and the result is exactly what I was looking for. I have recommended to friends and sharing my positive experience as it seems people only want to post negative reviews nowadays.

    I had a great experience with First Choice Window Door and Deck. Reading the negative reviews, all seem to have issues with permitting which is usually a county issue. My project was completed timely and great communication and a better quote than many others. In submitting this positive review I was also told I couldn’t leave initials, yet ironically negative reviews were allowed to only have initials.

    we give them money to replaced our screened porched into sunroom. only thing they have to do do the take screen out and put 2 side glass window and floor but its more than 5 months they have not do the job. *********************** owner and his sales rep/partner ************************* never answer the phone i made approximate 200 phone calls and several text massages. If the answer the phone always made empty promise never done anything they promise, We REGRETTO HIRE THEM, BE CAUSIOUS. DONT LOSS YOUR MONEY, we are waiting to file a complete to District Attorney

    Words that describe our experience with **** and First Choice Window Door and Deck. 1. BEWARE - check him out thoroughly. 2. Be ready to WAIT. 3. ANXIETY and FRUSTRATION. 4. LACK of communication. 5. LOSS of money - LOSS of sleep. 6. HEADACHES and TROUBLE with the county over NO PERMIT. 7. BROKEN and EMPTY promises. To sum it all up, our WORST NIGHTMARE come to life. I only regret that I can't give him less than 1 star.

    Promised windows would be done by a “perfectionist”. Nothing could be further from the truth. I tried and tried to get him to make things right, and he finally sent his guy back to re-caulk a couple of interior windows where caulk had started to turn brown. Did not treat the larger issue of a front window that is improperly trimmed and caulked, and pleadings to get him to do so have gone unanswered, or promises to show up unkept. BTW the caulk that was redone is now turning brown again. Oh, one last thing….this guy is a neighbor and was a friend.
