This company is constantly harassing me and my daughter calling to our phones. They're saying that I will be accused for breach of contract and intention of defrauding a financial institution. Those are false statements. This account was paid off before the leasing expired and they are charging me for a protection plan that was cancelled. I have bank statements, payment receipts and copy of the contract. Please stop calling or send us text messages or my lawyer will file a case against them.Business Response

On ********* 22, 2024 I made an agreement with Paragon Revenue Group to absolve my medical debt with one $2000 payment. They have since not reported that information. If They did report this information it is with incorrect information as the true Original Creditor is ProHealthCare. In this payment confirmation you can see they put the wrong creditor down. I also have medical debt collections put on my credit report from this, that shouldnt have ever been added in the first place.Business Response

This company keeps robocalling me every day with a recording that says they have an important message for me then rattles off a phone number to call then hangs up before I can even take down the number. Weird. I called them at the number on their website and reached a lady who was unnecessarily rude to me. She did not offer to settle, work with me on payments, or even send me proof of the charges. She said the charges are for urgent care visit deductibles for my son, which if true, those charges are illegitimate to begin with because he has ******** that should have been billed for any remaining deductibles after primary insurance. I told her that, and she said I need to take that up with the clinic. How do I do that AFTER they already sold the debt to you? The call lasted all of two minutes and accomplished nothing. I really don't appreciate getting attitude when I'm making an honest attempt to settle a debt. I'm poor, but I'm willing to settle if you'll work with me. But if you're going to treat me like garbage I'll just block your number and you won't get a dime. The amount they claim I owe is inconsistent as well. On the phone they say I owe $150. Their texts contain a link to their website where it says I owe $100. It has options to either pay in full or negotiate, and when I click negotiate it gives me the option to settle for $1. Yes, one dollar. I'm so confused, is this real or are they just trying to phish my card info? This is the most bizarrely structured attempt to collect a debt that I've ever encountered and I strongly question both this company's and the claimed debt's legitimacy. I am not paying anything until I get an itemized list of charges that I can verify with the urgent care.Business Response

I contacted them a month ago after only hearing from them through text and a voice mail that says to call at a number that does not match Paragons listed numbers, and they havent responded to my email about if Im being sent an itemized bill or not. When I go through my hospital billing portal which shows me any debt thats been sold Paragon Revenue Group does not come up. I also paid $469 with my hospital early last year so I should not owe the amount Paragon is asking for. I would like an updated itemized bill sent to me please.Business Response

I had a collections hit my credit report with no contact prior from Paragon Revenue Group. This was from a surgery in November 2023, per them. I contacted the hospital directly in early 2023 requesting a detailed bill as I believe I had been overcharged. I disputed the bill directly with the hospital. I received no update. I contacted the hospital again and there will no outstanding bills under my account. It was my understanding an adjustment had been made and I owed nothing. Now this company is dinging my credit for an over $1200 bill and emailed me one that stated I owed $368.71. So two bills are stated being due when I believe I owe none. I've asked for proof of owing. I have received nothing from the company in writing. It is my right to receive a detailed bill from the collections agency, within 30 days of requesting. I have yet to receive that. Additionally I have done no business with Paragon directly and do not owe them any money. I am asking for my credit report to be corrected and for all collections request to cease immediately. I am also asking for a letter stating I do not owe anything to this company.Business Response
