Contacted the shuttle service via a flyer that was left at the front desk of our hotel. Spoke with the owner who instructed me to pay upfront $81 for transport to and from concert venue 4 miles away for 3 people. Upon her arrival in her personal vehicle, a **** Flex, she informs ** that she is a "shuttle" service and that she will NOT be taking us or picking us up from the venue but will instead take us to a designated "drop off point". We were only informed of this AFTER she had accepted our payment. She actually dropped us off at the Uber pickup and drop off point located at the venue but tells us to meet her at a fire hydrant for pickup, her very distant designated drop off point. This fire hydrant required my elderly parents to walk a very long distance (an estimated 1.5-2 miles from the venue) and to cross a very busy, high traffic, highway. After the concert was over, I contacted the owner and asked if she could please pick us up at the same location where we were dropped off as this was the only walkable option for my parents. Her response to me was that I needed to "re-educate" myself on what a shuttle service was and that she absolutely would not honor my request, stating that I was informed she would only pick us up 2 miles away at the designated fire hydrant on the corner of that very busy highway. She denied my request for refund and we had to call an Uber driver to pick us up at an additional cost. I could have paid 1/3 of the price and had reliable transport had I just done business with Uber in the first place. Horrible experience! Horrible person! Funny how she said that in her 9 years of business that I was the only one who had complained and now I see just how many others have had the same horrible experience. DO NOT do business with this woman! She is a scam and there is ABSOLUTELY nothing "above and beyond" her services as advertised!Review from Heather A

Absolutely horrible. Worst service ever. She claimed to be a shuttle service from our hotel to our concert. Took our money and abruptly drops us off across the street from the venue causing us to have to dodge traffic to get there. Then for pick up, we waited in the rain for 20+ mins. When I called to ask if she was coming to get us and whether we were going to get a spot in her van when many people were waiting for her, she got in my face and said I was being disrespectful to HER. Guess what ladyI am the paying customer and can question why you have terrible customer **********************! I ended up walking over a mile back to the hotel in the rain because of this horrible woman. DO NOT get suckered in to this service

Above and Beyond Shuttle Service provides shuttle for many people in any given event. All passengers are informed that we go back and forth from the venue until everyone gets back to there hotel. The distance from this customer's hotel from the venue was a 10 min turnaround. This customer was highly intoxicated when she original called, using lots of profanity, and was extremely rude. Once i arrived at the pick up location, I informed the customer that the company does not tolerate disrespect from customers. Just like airlines, trains, and bus companies we do not have to tolerate it. The customer was given a full refund for 2 passengers and was advised that she could not ride. As a driver that is responsible for other passengers, I felt for my life and had to make a judgmenet call not to allow the customer in the vehicle because her and her husband was very threatening. I had other passengers that can be a witness to this couple's behavior toward me, which I will have them post what they witnessed. I also reported their threatning behaviot to the front desk of the hotel that I service. They clearly did not deserve to ride back with me and I feared for my life with this couple. The rest of my 51 passengers that evening were very satisfied. In the future it is important for these customers to be mindful of how much alcohol they consume and the threats that they make. I could have called the police but I chose to give them a refund and transport my remaining passengers.
