I recently had my pool installed by CPC Pools, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was incredibly attentive, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. The quality of their work is outstanding; the craftsmanship is evident in every detail. Plus, they finished the project on schedule without any hiccups.I was especially impressed when ***** and his team took the time to explain the pool maintenance process in detail, ensuring I felt confident managing my new pool. Now, our backyard has transformed into a family oasis, and we can't wait to host our family and friends!I highly recommend CPC Pools for anyone looking to build or maintain a pool. ***** is an amateur when dealing with people, and the quality of the pool he built me shows amateur work. I have the emails to prove his horrible customer service and the crooked steps he refused to fix in the pool. I would highly recommend staying away from CPC Pools. Make sure you research this company. In the pool community is not found of.

*****, normally I would take offense to the things you have said about me, but in light of who this is coming from ( a man who has to live with he has nothing more to offer his family but to wake up , put his pants on and go sell hot dogs and lemonade for a living. I mentioned to you that I will remain praying for you and your family each week in church as after figuring out that on the day of hurricane ****** that you thought of none of the well being of your family but instead one year after your pool was finished you thought it was an emergency to write this childish review.I will ask my pastor tomorrow to have the whole congregation pray for your family And once again Im truly disappointed in the BBB for entertaining these childish reviews that they engage themselves inReview from Darcie L

Carolina Pool Consultants are amazing! Perfect communication. Everything was done in a timely matter. Any questions we had got answered. ***** and his crews we wonderful and friendly.The woman in the office are great explaining what happens next in the build. Kept us informed when the guys were going to show up. If we had any questions they told us to call. Very respectful and reliable company!Would definitely recommend them.
