      Every time they drop an update for a game, it crashes the whole game. They try to fix things and it destroys more things. Drop a hot fix and get fatal blue error screens and the game force closes. ***** exiles has to be one of the worst. This company doesnt care about their customer ideas and issues. Less than one star!

      They continue to update their games with issues that they don't resolve. You pay for things and then they ruin the game play by making half your items vanish due to a game error inthe new update. Instead of making things right with their customer base they simply move on telling you to deal with it. Recently they pushed out a update that caused thousands of customers to loose the majority of their stuff to a stability issue. They refuse to return everyone's stuff and instead push advertisements to get new unaware people to buy their product to replace the people they screwed over who have up and left. They don't care. They use to to a degree but now it's simply micro transactions that fuel their next move. Which is unreal because if they fixed the issue and restored all the lost stuff then that's thousands of ppl making transactions as they have every other time. They have caused my son to stop playing their game and it was the one thing he enjoyed spending time with me. This comment doesn't matter because these companies are immune to lawsuits and such. Just another company taking advantage of customers nothing else matters. **** is why people online laughed so hard at those rich people in the sub because no one Upton cares about people. Just money. Like the BBB they give them a A+ tho customers give them a deep F- in the reviews,on their ****************** tiktok and even their own forums. One large entity heping another. No one has our backs.

      Bought product from them with extras. All told over a hundred dollars worth. They delivered me a faulty unusable product/game. When I reached out to them I was told that even though they don't know how it must somehow be my fault it was faulty and clos2d the case. No refund, no help, just a broken product and accusations from a company. Literally snake oil salesmen.

      They delivered me a faulty item, not returnable since it "was delivered" per there policy??? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Garbage. Wish I checked the reviews first.

      I was attempting to purchase 1 month of game time and something lagged/glitched out and ended up purchasing 1 year of game time. I promptly messaged customer service and was told there would be a long wait through an automated message. It has been so long now and not only was I charged for the year but I am also being charged monthly. I have tried so hard and dealt with so much frustration over this seemingly easy to fix problem. I have loved AO for so long and this has pretty much ruined my feelings for one of my favorite games. I feel so badly for everyone that has trusted and supported this company.

      I just received a suspension for nothing i have no explanation or information from funcom i have been playing the game since release on console ive been on the same server with no issues now im banned and ive literally done nothing wrong

      Me and my clan mates got banned because of myself. I submitted a ticket due to server performance in the comment I told ******* my building foundation number and places ables number. Now Funcom doesn’t tell you how many foundation your allowed in a PVE-C official server. So without any question or notice me and my clan get banned because I was trying no to lag the server or have someone report me falsely like everyone else does.

      Worst customer service in the history of the world. Banned a player for using external software that has never been used by the player nor is on their computer or ever has been. This customer has paid for a service that they provide and they will not let the customer use that service falsely accusing them of something they did not do. This is not how you do business in America.

      Did nothing wrong and got banned. A clanmate built something against their rules and 9 of us got banned when only one did it. Poor management to ban by association and not just the actual person. There is no user agreement from download to in game playing. No rules or guidelines. They deleted all our progress, bout 60 hours worth. They gave no explanation nor notice, just deleted everything. So we started building again and the delayed ban hit up so we lost that stuff to. We did some research and found that one of our guys built around a npc fire. So because of that we all lost everything! Not a way to treat customers that did nothing to disserve a ban.

      i was dealing with players on 3824 that constantly make new characters and break all of funcoms rules on those alternate accounts but never their main account. they create names with inappropriate innuendos, antagonize and bully in chat, they surrounded my base so that my base would become bugged and unable to place items anymore, they lied by having their 'good cop' clans befriend me, and raided / trash talked me on their 'bad cop' clans, and they walled off obelisks and brimstone pits. when i reported them, i was told to switch servers and that clan just made new characters that werent banned anyway. so i did switch servers but they server hopped and found me two months later on a server that was empty. they transferred all their characters from siptah with over powered weapons just to harass me again. i made a small land claim around my base to prevent them from surrounding me again and after 1 week of being on the server, they reported my base for land claiming (and my one ally) and without any warning, they poofed ALL my bases (and ALL my allies bases) - even the ones that were fine! they left all the other inactive bases alone with their much bigger land claims and destroyed mine! no one even played on the server except me and my one ally. so they wrecked 3824 because no one plays there but their group and all their alts. now they wrecked my new server after 1 week of being there. funcom didnt have to destroy every single base without warning. i only put up that land claim because they were stalking and harassing me. i cant keep them banned because they dont break the rules on their main accounts. they find me on any server. the land claim i put in was only placed there for 2 days to prevent them from surrounding me again, which was addressed immediately by funcom but my report on them is not even answered yet. i cant upload evidence to funcoms site which conflicts with the ps4 msg system. and my suspension is non-negotiable with no option for any defense!
