    The development department and customer service REMOVEDwill repeatedly bounce you back and forth each other without trying to solve the problem or offer any restitution. A service in their game Dune Awakening malfunctioned and instead of offering equal restitution or restoration of service they did nothing. When you attempt to contact customer service for complaint or restitution they will consistently send AI generated replies, close out their customer support ticket while saying its the developments problem. i have no way of contacting development but if they're that casual and flippant with cheated customers on the actual customer support side i can imagine that department would do the same thing and just send you back to their AI generated reply support team

    Immersive When Stable When it works, Dune: Awakening captivates with Arrakis deserts, sandstorms, and sandworms, creating an authentic Dune vibe REMOVEDcalls the most authentic Dune-iverse. The survival loopgathering, crafting, buildingis rewarding, with faction progression (Atreides/Harkonnen) adding depth. Your note that its pretty fun when it works holds: outrunning worms or crafting ornithopters thrills without glitches. Co-op and Coriolis cycles keep things dynamic.The Bad: Crippling Bugs Your issuesserver disconnects, lost ornithopters, inventory wipes, crashes, rubberbandingare common. Spawning without vehicles into sandworm deaths or getting stuck in vehicles during combat frustrates. Reddit and X report GPU-related crashes and visual glitches like stretching capes. Funcoms patches fix some desyncs (e.g., Weirding Step), but problems persist, and slow support tickets anger players.The Ugly: PvP and Unfair Bans PvP in the REMOVED, where you were ambushed mining, favors ornithopter rocket spam, worsened by desyncs and rubberbanding. A July 2025 patch turned PvE zones into PvP, causing losses. Funcom apologized and made some areas PvE-only, but issues remain. Most shockingly, your BattleEye ban after REMOVEDhours, despite no cheating or exploits, is a gut punch. X posts suggest others face similar unfair bans, with Funcoms slow response adding insult.Dune: Awakening offers a stellar Dune setting and fun gameplay, but bugs, crashes, and unfair bans like yours overshadow it. Funcoms patches are slow, and support lags. Try it if you love Dune, but stick to PvE with a guild and beware of bans.I'd like to get a refund if it's possible because i spent so many hours on this game and support tickets take wayyy too long to get a response, even if I get response.

    I bought Dune:Awakening...playing for a few weeks, its fun, then after a few updates i get this H74 error.. cant connect. then i get a global ban message... how? its literally, POINTLESS to cheat in this game...they can CHECK my inventory logs/whatever, and see i did not dupe or anything sus. They were so busy trying to catch cheaters, they over-did their detection. Its bad enough, my ping on the servers spike randonly upto 1100ms at times.. causing me gameplay to freeze or skip again chaotically... their "HELP" support email system, i feel is chatgpt with different clothing.

    REMOVED. If I had any legal recourse against this company I would take it. They are completely incompetent and unprofessional. I have never experienced a company with such REMOVEDpoor quality control and a complete and utter lack of care for their product than Funcom. Horrid, horrid, horrid company.

    A 10 year old game, and they cant fix a bug that makes you repeat transactions multiple times. The only warning is buried in Help forums. A known issue for years. I usually just accept it, but this company has ripped me off about 80 bucks now.

    Every time they drop an update for a game, it crashes the whole game. They try to fix things and it destroys more things. Drop a hot fix and get fatal blue error screens and the game force closes. REMOVEDexiles has to be one of the worst. This company doesnt care about their customer ideas and issues. Less than one star!

    They continue to update their games with issues that they don't resolve. You pay for things and then they ruin the game play by making half your items vanish due to a game error inthe new update. Instead of making things right with their customer base they simply move on telling you to deal with it. Recently they pushed out a update that caused thousands of customers to loose the majority of their stuff to a stability issue. They refuse to return everyone's stuff and instead push advertisements to get new unaware people to buy their product to replace the people they screwed over who have up and left. They don't care. They use to to a degree but now it's simply micro transactions that fuel their next move. Which is unreal because if they fixed the issue and restored all the lost stuff then that's thousands of ppl making transactions as they have every other time. They have caused my son to stop playing their game and it was the one thing he enjoyed spending time with me. This comment doesn't matter because these companies are immune to lawsuits and such. Just another company taking advantage of customers nothing else matters. REMOVEDis why people online laughed so hard at those rich people in the sub because no one Upton cares about people. Just money. Like the BBB they give them a A+ tho customers give them a deep F- in the reviews,on their REMOVEDtiktok and even their own forums. One large entity heping another. No one has our backs.

    Bought product from them with extras. All told over a hundred dollars worth. They delivered me a faulty unusable product/game. When I reached out to them I was told that even though they don't know how it must somehow be my fault it was faulty and clos2d the case. No refund, no help, just a broken product and accusations from a company. Literally snake oil salesmen.
