    I was called November 12, 2024 about an order placed by my physician. I'm positive I said to cancel my order in its entirety. Are you sure? Yes, cancel the order in its entirety. If I canceled the order in its entirety because I have no place to receive any orders why is it on my ******** bill? I have not received the order because I moved from my last known address in 2023. Easiest case of ******** Fraud I have ever filed. I had the same issue in 2023 where I gave them my office address and it was delivered to the house I vacated. I grilled my staff daily for 2 weeks asking if they received the order yet? No. Finally, 3-weeks later my old landlord delivered it while preparing the house for listing.

    Poor communication and order delivery time. The first order was delivered to wrong address after verifying my address. Second attempt didnt ship as stated. Now will be 7 days from burn clinic visit and hope to recieve items to take care of 2nd degree ***** down leg and arm.Would never recommend their services after this .

    I wish i I could give Zero Stars!So far they have twice sent me the wrong bandages. The first ones were basically overpriced styrofoam pads that didn't even seal. So my doctor's ****** called them and they sent me heel bandages when the wound is in the middle of my foot. My doctor called them again Tuesday afternoon to get the right ones. I haven't heard anything from them so I called today which is Friday. Prism has no record of my doctor calling when I know for a fact that they did. So far I'm 3 weeks into treatment and prism has yet to get me the right product. These are medical professionals?? I have experienced nothing but pure incompetence from this company. I will likely end up ordering the bandages myself off of amazon. Avoid Prism at all costs.

    It appears that since Schein bought Prism Medical in 2021, Prism Medical has been implementing a policy of making appointments for elderly disabled patients in July of one year to be held in January of the next year without written or verbal reminders--and then charge them $50 for a missed appointment ( it is unethical ). But when Prism Medical sends a text message on Saturday to remind these patients of an appointment on Monday (without allowing these patients the option to immediately cancel that appointment within the same Prism Medical text reminder ) it is now a fraudulent policy and must be reported to health and human services promptly....this is not a mistake by Prism Medical--but a policy of entrapment and fraud.... I wish to communicate with someone of authority from Prism Medical before contacting HHS.... Please contact me within a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue at this level; as advised by the attorney general of Michigan... Schein needs to address issues like this before expanding their Medical Monopoly....

    I did not order supplies and the wound management did not send a order to Prism. The box of gauze, elastic bandage and foam AG arrive early Oct,2023. I have been only with chat they did say that I could return the box but I would have to pay the postage. On the invoice a message from Kayla ext **** I was unable to leave a message. Terrible ***** *

    Supplies were ordered from Prism by a wound clinic I was referred to. I did not need the supplies and had no way of knowing when or if the wound clinic would want me to use the supplies, but they ordered them and so I assumed they would have me use them. The wound clinic did not need the supplies and did not have me use any of the supplies, but I was told I had to pay for them because their packing slip said they had a 30 day return policy. There was no way I could have known within the 30 days that they wound clinic would not have me use any of the supplies! Prism would not make an exception even though I explained I did not order the supplies and had no way of knowing that I would not need the supplies. I have been in the business world many years and I know they could have made an exception allowing me to return and receive credit for unopened, unused supplies returned to them in perfect condition. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not recommend using this company.

    I think this is the worst company I have ever tried to do business with. My first order came alright, but I have been trying to get a refill for two weeks now and they haven't been real clear on why they won't send it. I finally got the wound clinic to resend my order with the doctor's signature. They are saying it takes an hour or two to process it. I will believe they sent it when it shows up at my door. They have told me they called me, but my phone shows any numbers that have tried to call me. This is the worst customer service I have ever had.
