My experience was horrible. They were going to pull wrong tooth. He dug into my mouth aggressively trying to administer needle to sudate pain. The pressure brought me up from the bed twice. I am really afraid to return.They said I had a ****** credit. Can the keep your insurance money if you change dentist.Review from Joan A

All I have to say is beware. My son had a procedure done , he paid out of pocket even though his insurance was in network to cover the whole procedure that was his mistake, but this was all knew to him. After they received his money they never submitted his claim. It has been almost 5 months now that we have been going back and forth with them. They took advantage of his trust that he would be reimbursed. Im sure his insurance company would reimburse him if they would just submit his claim. If they did submit his claim like the said they did, then Day and night dental kept the reimbursement from the insurance company along with my sons cash. Dont go there!Review from Renee C

This Dentist will have you come in for an appointment multiple times, and even send a text message to your phone stating your appointment is today. When you get there they say the dentist is not in we should have called you to reschedule. They do not have their business in order. I think the testimonies on line are not true just what someone working there made up.The really need a half of a ??Review from chris k

well i went there to get a tooth pulled i have insurance but because it was a saturday i had to pay out of pocket its been almost two months . My insurance has already paid them and the checked was cashed . i called my insurance they confirmed this the 2 weeks go by of them saying my check was in the mail to call if it hadnt showed up by the end of the week . it didnt . called back to find out a check isnt in the mail and the lady that does them is running behind . but yet she sure wasnt behind on cashing in my insurance check . so now they have almost 600 of my money and they have been paid by my insurance company . and they just dont care . STAY AWAY bad bad business with these people !!!Review from Kimberly B

Arrive to my appointment after being told to come a little early and now I cant be seen. They said I owe $23 which is not something I owe for my son or myself its my husbands debt. I did not have the $23 so they decided not to clean my sons teeth. After I told them, they have never charge me for anything, and I traveled a hour to this office still could not get any service. This is the worst experience ever had my entire family will be switching Dentist this was the last straw. I consistently asked for a manager or office manager, and was told there is no one available to see me or speak to me. They did not have any number to call to get in contact with Managment for the horrible services I was getting. this was horrible and now Im here having to call another ride and go home without service.Review from Charles W

I had to have two bridges put in one each side of the top set of teeth. Both bridges broke within two years and I returned to Day and Night, only to have to pay once again for this subpar work. The dentist stated that the material used on the first set of bridges was outdated and should have never been used. I had to have two new bridge work done and Day and night did not give me a break on the price. After my insurance paid their part and I had to put the rest on a credit card, I have received a bill 2 years later stating that I still owe them. I paid what they told me that I needed too and thought this was the end, then i get a bill stating I still owe. Never again will I go back to them.Review from Cynthia M

My husband had an emergency visit on September 12th, 2022. It was after hours so insurance had to be filed next day. We paid out of pocket. Next day or so we we were told they would file the claim on our insurance which they did for the full amount. Our insurance has paid out the claim has been closed. I have went to the office in person three time since November to be told the claim is closed my insurance has paid but I can't receive my check until the middle or end of the month. It is now December 30th, 2022. I still haven't received my check I asked for it to be cut and left up front every time I go up there or call it's the same thing. As a customer this company has been paid twice once by ** and once by my insurance company. I would like to know why they are keeping my reimbursement check for this long.Review from William S

I went to Day and Night Dental on Sunday 13 Nov 2022, because insurance could not be Verify over the weekend I had to pay upfront $212, a couple of weeks later I contacted my insurance company they stated they payed Day and Night, Since then I have called several times and asked for the office manager which is never in and I were told that they only have one person that cut checks once a month its now 27 December still No check I personally find this Unacceptable for a business in ours Community.Review from Braston S

The staff behind the front desk is what ruins it for this place along with management. I went there and had a procedure done but before going back there they said I owed $100 because I was out of benefits in the middle of January now and my benefits rolled over January 1st while in the back I looked up my benefits to find out I still had plenty of benefits I tried to talk to the guy at the front desk and he was very rude and in fact said I haven't got time to talk to you someone will call you. I asked for office manager or insurance person and he said they didn't have time to deal with me someone would call me. Well it's been a month now and still no phone call. When I call them or email them I still get ignored. So it seems they wanna bill twice for the same service.... After numerous attempts to contact them I have now gone to insurance company and they even ignored them trying to contact office manager so they are now handling it. So know your benefits before paying them because they apparently like to charge when they aren't supposed to.
As far as the staff in the back and the doctors they are top notch great !!!!!!
It's a shame that such a rotten person can ruin what could be a good business....Day & Night Family Dental Response

We are sorry you were not pleased with our services. Copay was collected according to the breakdown of benefits and the benefits limit provided by your insurance at that time. We are dealing with staffing shortage at times and occasionally, our call center department is not getting to all the inquiries timely. However, practice has no record of your repeated calls or an email sent. This account currently has one open claim that will likely end in account credit amount. If so, this would be refunded as soon as the claim closes.Customer Response

The insurance was ran prior and wasn't updated like I tried to tell the guy that was so rude. The fact that he said in front of several people was the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen in healthcare I have always been told patient first and to be told he didn't have time to talk to me took the cake. I asked to speak with insurance person and manager and was still told they didn't have time for me and they would be in touch. It is now 2 1/2 months later and I have still had no call. So yes there is an open claim because I turned it over to insurance and let them handle it and just like I said they tried to call several times to handle this and had the same problem I had. Suggestion get rid of the guy at front desk he is useless.
