In April I contacted the company after finding out medically I couldnt use product. I cancelled the subscription and didnt receive anything in May. Now that it is June they shipped product again saying I will have to try to get *** to ship back to sender. It took me a month last time to get product back. Its almost ****** and I received no email saying they are shipping my subscription. I just want my money back and to be done with this.

I contacted one of the sellers on their market because it was a two for one deal and I only got one. I emailed the seller 3 times and got no response. I then filed a complaint with shop.com 3 times and no answer. If ******** is involved in any of your transactions, dont do it. You are taking a big chance. They are the worst!Market America SHOP.COM

5 starsMarket Americas service and quick response to any questions has been amazing.I know people are always quick to point out the wrong but the way they do business and respond is refreshing ! So many companies are rude and make you feel tolerated but they are helpful with whatever I need , whether its product info or status of an order etc..Bottom line .. they value their customers and partners ! 5 starsThis company has some fabulous products. The ******** brand and delivery system really helps get nutrients and vitamins into the body rapidly. Bought something there with a 5 day window for returns. No problem, I tried to return on day one, I called, they said someone would contact me with enough time to return before the window runs out, I had them send this to me in an email because it sounded fishy, they did. I received a reply 8 days later, too late to return with an apology. I've called 3 other times, no resolution. They kept my money and wasted my time, I have to get a charge back from the bank. Luckily I have the proof I tried to return it one day after receiving it, thanks to ****** sending me the email saying everything would be OK. Now I'm getting ghosted.Market America SHOP.COM

I have used OPC and ORAC these two products from Market America for more than 20 years. I am not the distributor, just indeed love these products, however, my recent order with 4 bottles of ORAC on September 8, 2023, have strong plastic kind of taste. I immediately reported to Market America Taiwan division, because I afraid it is a food safety issue that might caused from the defect of manufacturing. Unfortunately, their customer service both in Taiwan division or in USA, do not take this issues as a serious concern, the reason they gave me is : 1. I am the only person report this issue. But, (I ordered 4 bottles all have the same plastic flavors, it’s hard for me to believe I am the only one.) 2. The flavor changed, because the ingredients are all natural, so it can’t tasted the same every time. But, (The flavor that I argued is plastic kind of taste, not natural one.) 3. Market America try to show their concern by sending me a hand typed report from their own department, to prove the ORAC bottle is safe to used. But, ( as a profession, they should have an official third party laboratory to do the testing, instead of an in house report.) I really appreciate these products to maintain my health for over 20 years. My whole purpose is hope Market America can take their responsibility to inform those customers who placed their ORAC orders around this September as me, to be aware the taste of their products. Plus, their management in manufacturing need to be more cautious with their production. I have waited for a month now, since their responses are so superficial, i have to write this message to warm the users like me. For the love of those products, we should supervise more with their quality and safety. In this life, we all have chance to make mistakes, so does a corporation, it’s understandable. The big difference is how the corporation deal with these hardships, they can turn it to their advantage or disadvantage, that is a wisdom.Market America SHOP.COM

5 starsOur family has been using products from this company for many years with great results, especially in their health and nutrition division. Our doctors have been pleasantly surprised with our general health and successful blood test results. We have received generous cash back on our purchases, they have free shipping deals, discounts and access to coupons in their partner stores. We like their donations to our Church through their not-for-profit program too. We do as much shopping online as possible now for safety reasons as well as convenience and use Market America Shop.com for much of that shopping with good results.
