      I signed up for a one time deal to just pay for the one document I created. Then 7 days later Im charged $39.99! They tell you to just pay $1.00 for the document youve created, but thats how they get your card information. When I called to cancel it I was told by the sales rep they had no way of refunding my money at this time. Then they proceed to offer me a monthly membership of $4.95 ( which I declined). I wouldnt dream of continuing to do business with deceptive scammers!

      I canceled the service on 6/26/24 I was billed again on 7/25/24 for a service I canceled a month prior. I was assured it had been canceled on 6/26/24. They have billed me monthly for a service I never used and have cancelled more than once. Yet I continue to be billed.

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED INTO PAYING ONGOING MONTHLY FEES AFTER YOU ATTEMPTED TO CANCEL DURING THE ***** PERIOD. I like many of the other complaints on here, had a situation where I tried to cancel during the trial period, thought I did, then got charged anyway. They're are plenty legit companies out there that aren't desperate for $39, then try to reel you in with a 50% off forever discount to try to justify for them charging you. The brainless service rep responded to my email inquiry with this "Your credit card will not incur any additional charges as long as the account remains canceled. It's important to note, however, that any charges incurred up to this point are still your legal responsibility, as stated in our Terms of Use and displayed information on our website."Don't get caught up in the same situation as many others before DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am not having to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. Save yourself the time and anger

      I paid for the 7 day trial and canceled.I was charged with a $39.95 monthly fee for a renewal. When I canceled the account again, I was told I could keep the membership for $9.95. Still canceled.Emailed support to ask for a refund.Support Answer:"Regrettably, our current system doesn't permit us to process refunds for accounts canceled after the 7-day trial period.       I ordered a receipt in Word document from this company via website (found on ******* for my car sale. There was a charge of $1.00 for the template, which I paid on June 18, 2024 under my credit card, however on 6/24/24 I was charged again. This time as $39.95 through my credit card. I called them and I was told the $39.95 is for the signature of their service, which I didn't approve. I called them and cancelled Confirmation# ******** . I felt I was misled, and I don't think I should pay for this $39.95 for only a piece of paper (no more than 1 page).

      I signed up for a free trial period only. My receipt was for the free trail period only. I was charged the $39.95 and then charged for the following 2 months of $4.95 each month. I cancelled the trial period a few days after initial submission because the services/products/forms did not meet my needs. I was advised by Legal Templates, LLC that my account would not be charged because I had not credit card associated with this account. And this was the same response I received for both the initial cost of $39.95 and the 2 $4.95 charges. However, my card was associated with the account for the free trial, in which I cancelled a few days after. After numerous emails back and forth, this company finally stated my account was closed today 5/8/2024, but refused to refund my money that they had no authority to take. This company needs to be red-flagged or shut down for false advertising, fraudulent practices and theft. Thank you for any/all help.

      The customer's account has been successfully canceled. However, we are unable to proceed with the $4.95 charge as per the customer's agreement to switch to the lower rate.
