I have been getting harassing phone calls several times a day for some product from Dream Lift Skin Company. After reading others complaints, I could say DITTO! Add to that, I called the company and the woman seemed to be confused. After she looked for a while, she seemed to think it was for a watch. I told her I don't care what it is, just cancel it please! She did, and gave me a cancellation number. A few minutes later, I got another collection call. I gave her the cancellation number, and she said it doesn't show up as cancelled on her computer. I told her the problem was on her end so she should fix it! Hung up, but a few minutes ago I got another call! These people know my name, address and phone number, BUT the last one mentioned the name of my credit card company THAT I HAVEN'T USED FOR YEARS! So I called the credit card company to see if they tried to use my account. There is no record of them trying to purchase anything on my card. He told me they were probably phishing. So I am coming to the BBB. I've done everything I can do on my own, except call my other card companies and warn them to not approve anything. I rarely use my cards anyway. I did get a call from my credit union a few days ago for a watch that they thought might be bogus, but I told them I ordered the watch and today the watch showed up with no charging cord, no number to call, and no company name except something printed so small it's unreadable. This could possibly be what I cancelled when I called DREAM LIFT SKIN COMPANY. BOTTOM LINE: I'll never buy ANYTHING off of the internet again! Even a few products on Amazon are somewhat questionable.Review from Diana S

I wish I could rate this company and scam a - star or worse. I consider myself a savvy shopper and would never sign up for some scam membership for a skin cream that I've never used. I can only echo exactly what the other reviews are saying. It's a ripoff, and now I'm out $200 for skincare that I barely had a few days to sample. My skincare is under the name Anavale. So what exactly are they peddling to consumers under different names? VERY sketch. I'm fairly certain I don't even want to put this on my skin. Who really knows what's in it? I've learned a very important lesson and doubt I will ever order on line again. When I saw these "pending" charges i called the number immediately, and talked with a man who seemed very helpful, until he offered me discounted products for my "trouble". I said no way, and please cancel my account. I may try and dispute these charges, but I'm sure that will be a losing battle.Review from Lori C

My complaint is with Dream Lift Skin Serum. In October 2021 an advertisement came up on Facebook for a trial of Dream Lift serum and skin cream It was a deal to order two products; one for $5.49 & the other $6.29. I received my small serum bottle & cream. Apparently this was for a monthly subscription, though they did not disclose that. i did not care for the samples and thought that was the end of it until I was sent 2 of the same sample size products one month later. The subsequent vials were $87.52 and $90.00 each for less than 2 oz of product. Upon reading the above complaints, it appears the only way to stop this scam is to change my credit card, I will never purchase any product advertised on social media again. i would love to see this company litigated and shut down! Negative on the star rankingReview from Beatrice C.

I ordered a free trial of Dream Lift Skin Cream and Dream lift skin serum for a small fee of $5.49 and $6.29. That's it.....no other product agreement whereby I would be billed monthly. I was billed $90ish and $87ish additionally. Luckily my credit card company stopped payment on these charges as they appeared suspicious. I contacted what appeared to be their customer service line. The representative tried to coerce me into purchasing these products at a reduced cost of $40 each. I initially found this company as an ad through Facebook with a photograph of Jennifer Aniston endorsing the company. I am not sure if she was actually endorsing the product or they used this fraudulently? If you look through their website, you will see the FREE TRIAL OFFER with no other advertising terms which would lead to additional monthly billing. After you click the Dream Life Skin Serum icon for ordering the product, the screen defaults to "Sole Youth Skincare." There is definitely something amiss here. There is also no place whatsoever for reviews of any kind on the website. Amazon is selling the product and quite frankly should be made aware of these complaints. There are some negative reviews regarding the product as well. I have read through all the complaints about the Dream Life Skin Serum and personally had the same experience. BUYER BEWARE! This company should be investigated. Please help the consumer.Review from Amanda C

I am filing a complaint that is identical to many others that I have already read on this page. I ordered the Dream Lift Serum SAMPLES (very small) and received them several days later. The receipt that was shipped with the order showed my order total of $6.29 and $5.49 with no additional information. 15 days later two additional transactions appeared on my bank account for $90.64 and $87.52. I called the phone number on the email confirmation that I was sent for the $6.29 and $5.49, and asked them about the additional charges. I was informed that the $90.64 and $87.62 were to cover the remaining cost of the SAMPLES. Please do not order from this company. It is definitely a SCAM. Apparently somewhere, in small print, on their terms and agreements, it reads that the small transactions are simply to cover shipping and handling and that the remaining balance will be processed at a later date. I submitted both transactions to my bank as disputed items, based on their lack of disclosing the terms and conditions properly.Review from Kelley M

Wish I had read these before doing the "free trial." Everyone is so right. 16 days is only "trial" period and you are signed up with auto charge. So, they charge you as 2 Totally separate products, both under alias names on your credit card that have nothing to do with the product and no phone number on the credit card charge. So, for beauty products the charges show up as LifePerfectSolution and ImagineLightGadgets. In fact, the funny thing is, when I tracked down my original order email and called to cancel, not only to they say things like you can't cancel, but once you say, yes cancel they are only going to cancel one product. I just happened to say, so, I have another charge from Imagine Light Gadgets on the same day, so is this you. His reply was, "oh no, we don't sell any 'gadgets'". Oh, yes that is them!!! So, I thought the whopping $87.52 was for both under "LifePerfect." Oh, no, that was ONE even though it is a "set" and with the same Dream Lift name name on the bottles. After he told me the "gadgets" name was "not" them, I just happened to ask what the charge was before hanging up and if I had not they would have "only" canceled ONE product and kept charging for the other one ($90.64). The are very deceiving and making almost $200 off every single sucker who thinks this is a free trial and 90% will never catch on the trial is 16 days. So this product(s) is Dream Lift Skin Serum and Cream and a total ripoff!!!!Review from Karen

I ordered the trial for $5.49 and shortly after I received the dream serum my credit card was charged $90.64. I called them and was told I ordered a subscription, which I did not. Told them to cancel the subscription, which I was told they did. Next month I received another dream serum bottle with a charge of $90.64 to my cc. I called them and told them I had cancelled the subscription last month. I was told yes, she saw where it was cancelled. She did credit my cc for the amount. This month again I received a bottle of dream serum and a charge to me credit card again for $90.64. I called again and was told they had no record of me cancelling my subscription. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was told by Gabby that she was working from home and would have her supervisor call me. I have not received a phone call and when I try calling the number now it rings busy. This is no way for a business to run their business.Review from Sunnie R.

Fraudulent charges. Ordered free trial of this dream lift serum in the beginning of October was never told it was a subscription, although there was not anything saying I was going to be charged for a product I didn’t order I ordered a free trial not the product itself. There wasn’t anything telling me this and that I’d be charged $90ish for this after the trial. There is no number for me to call to cancel this subscription that I could find. Been charged but no other products were sent out to me. I had to cancel my card to stop any further charges.Review from Vicki C

I too ordered a free sample from this business for $5.49 and $6.29 shipping this was on 9/27/2021 received the products on 10/5/2021 and low and behold they now charged my bank account $ 90.64 and tried for another $80+ but my bank declined both charges and sent me an alert, I called the companies number as directed by my bank to tell them to cancel any subscriptions as I did not approve this nor was it written anywhere on the order that was sent. They refused, kept trying to give me free stuff, I had to completely cancel my credit card and order a new one so these crooks can't charge anymore. Moral never send for anything.
