When our roof began to leak, we knew we needed someone who was established, skilled and trustworthy. We found Chimo and Sons Construction on *****. During the initial construction of our home, many things could have been done better, such as gutters being improperly placed, the chimney and surroundings not being prepared to prevent leakage, and the type of material used needed to be correctly installed. Contacting Chimo and Sons Construction was the most time-**************-saving, and, yes, money-saving decision. ***** came out, listened to our concerns, evaluated our roof, and took many pictures to show us the location and extent of the damage. We were impressed by his knowledge and experience in roofing repair and remodeling. Chimo and Sons were professional. They came when they said they would and were meticulous about everything they did, including the clean-up. We are 100% satisfied with Chimo and Sons' work on our roof, updating our gutter system, and installing a widows walk. NO MORE LEAKS! Thank you, Chimo and Sons, for the excellence in craftsmanship and the peace of mind from knowing that our roof and repairs were done correctly. I would confidently recommend Chimo and Sons to my family and friends.

***** and his team were excellent. He responded to the inquiry I sent through ********* immediately, and he promptly came out to assess the kitchen remodel. We live in CA and wanted to update our rental home in ** after our tenants unexpectedly moved out early, so we needed to do this job remotely! And quickly so we can get the home back on the market. Not ideal, but ***** meticulously sent marked-up photos to clarify exactly what we wanted. He gave us an estimate that was very reasonable based on other estimates.During the process, he found a beautiful quartz countertop for us that was better than anything I had found on my own. He did the whole job in less than a week! And when he found that we had a leak in our kitchen plumbing, he fixed the pipes and replaced the cabinet for a very fair amount. The job he did was exactly what we had agreed upon, and I could not be happier. He's also a very nice young man, and we hope he will do our window replacement too! (Ordering the sliders would take too long for us to move forward with that improvement now.)HIGHLY recommend!! Trustworthy, prompt, excellent work, and personable. Can't say enough good things about Chimo and Sons and their work.

I would highly recommend ***************************** to anyone needing a new roof or roofing work done. They were so professional and the process was super easy and fast. From the estimate to putting on the roof, they kept us informed and answered any questions we had. Definitely check them out!

I had a 5-min repair on a 4-feet piece of vinyl siding. I live in ******** and they quoted me $500 for this minor repair. They told me that they were located in ********** and they charge this much due to the distance they have to travel, Its a one hour drive! So if your located in ******** area do not contact these ripoffs. I have contacted the BBB in their business practices!!!

***** and his team replaced my aging vinyl siding, and he did a remarkably quick and good job for me. I liked Chimo & Sons for a number of reasons: (1) His estimate was fair and reasonable. (2) When the siding was ready for shipping at the late end of the estimated time window (they had to order my siding), ***** drove to Maryland to pick it up so he could get started on the job the next day. (3) ***** and his team replaced my siding in five days, even though they lost some of those days to weather. Even in inclement weather, they worked on the siding under the car port. (4) ***** has a good sense for aesthetics; he talked me into white trim for the house, which matches my home's accent colors, instead of the matching forest green. It looks fantastic! (5) ***** took the time to explain what he was doing and educate me about siding, soffit, windows, ***** wrap, and other aspects of the siding replacement job. (6) ***** and his team kept my home and yard clean, even during the job. Before they left every day, they cleaned and neatened the work site. As you can tell, I was very pleased about the job they did for me. I've already talked to him about fencing my yard, as well as some small improvements to the back like a deck and patio. I will definitely be using Chimo & Sons again.

Chimo & Sons left my home better than they found it!!! From beginning to end they displayed knowledge in my project and the materials used and were extremely professional. ****** provided me with great customer service, as I navigated an insurance claim to replace my roof. The day of the project they were on time, and got the job done. Because of their beautiful work there is now improved value in my home.

These gentlemen work hard, in good spirits , and left my home better then they found it ! My roof looks amazing! ***** was with me from start to finish. He was very respectful , honest and punctual . He even brought my dog treats on the day of install. I would recommend Chimo and sons to anyone! Thank you all!
