Pay Tomorrow LLC has violated the Fair Debt Collection Act and Rule 777. They have called me more than 7 times within a week and left voicemails about the debt. Please see attachments for proof of record. I am requesting that they dissolve the debt to zero if any further calls are made after receipt of the letter.I have sent them a cease and desist letter via email and overnight mail. I have attached the letter for your connivence and the record of the voicemails. I also have the voice recordings of the voicemails as well if you need them.Business response

Re: Request for Assistance with Pay Tomorrow Credit Collection Account Dear Sir/*****,I am writing to seek the assistance of the Better Business Bureau regarding a credit collection account associated with Pay Tomorrow that has appeared on my credit reports. I have recently reviewed my credit reports from the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) and was surprised to find a collection account listed under the name "Pay Tomorrow."I would like to state unequivocally that I have no knowledge of this account, and I do not recall ever engaging in any transaction or agreement that would result in a collection account. I believe this entry *** be a mistake or a case of identity theft.As this erroneous information is negatively impacting my credit score and financial reputation, I respectfully request your assistance in investigating this matter. Specifically, I would like the following actions to be taken:1. Investigation: Please conduct a thorough investigation into the Pay Tomorrow credit collection account to determine the source and validity of this entry.2. Removal of Inaccurate Information: If the investigation concludes that this account is indeed inaccurate or fraudulent, I kindly request that it be removed from all my credit reports immediately.3. Confirmation* Upon resolution, I would appreciate written confirmation that the account has been removed and that my credit reports have been corrected accordingly.I have attached copies of my credit reports highlighting the disputed account for your reference. The company has listed my payments a month late 5 times. I was late 3 times by two weeks. The original contract was doubled and had to be redone. It took them a month to fix it. I signed the new contract and paid right away. I have filed multiple disputes with the credit reporting agencies for them to fix this issue but they have failed to do so.Business response

Well they financed a transmission for me on Dec 28th that was sent to me broke and after trying to get the customer it came from to fix the transmission the customer refused so I had to file a civil lawsuit against the customer,So the customer sent ********************** $200 off the price which made me owe $1089.84 and my 1st payment isnt due till March 04,2024 and I havent signed any contract at all,So I called to pay the $1089.84 off and they want me to pay them $1258.83 which is $168.99 in interest which is way more than I should have to pay,When all I should owe is $1089.84Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I have tried all morning before I ever made the complaint to try to work this out with them so Ive already talked to customer service and they was no help,I owe them $1089.84 and I will gladly pay that immediately but I should not have to pay the interest rate they want since I was sold a Broken Transmission that I had to Spend $1527.26 to fixBusiness response

In October of 2022, I purchased a storage shed. I chose Pay Tomorrow financing due to lower monthly payments and longer pay off time. I was not sent info about payments. 10/25/2022 at 2:19pm, I emailed ****************************************** to go over my payment plan. At 2:46pm on October 25th, *************************** from ******************************************, sent me an email stating I financed with them for the amount of $3,387.93. She said I signed the contracts for 24 months. The 1st 12 months goes towards my lease and the last ********************************** my lease portion, my payments are $****** twice-monthly and after I fulfill that I will automatically transition towards my loan at $***** twice-monthly. I have paid a total of $2955.12. The email domain changed in May 2023 to ****************************************** November 1, 2023 I emailed customer service asking when the deduction of $***** would begin as I have paid my ****** for one year. ********************************* told me that my payments should start by Dec 2023 or Jan **** since first payment was made Dec 1st 2022. I have made 4 payments of ***** totaling $384.92. This, combined with the $2955.12 totals $3,340.04. On Jan 20, ****, I received a credit alert alert. They showed that PayTomorrow opened a NEW account under my name with a debt of $2053.00. My credit score dropped 70 points. I emailed PayTomorrow asking for this to be rectified. After several emails, they sent me TWO contracts with my typed name outlining a loan and lease agreement totaling over $5,000 to be paid for the $3,387.93 storage shed. I explained I have never received two contracts let alone signed two contracts. I would not purchase a ******* item with an overage cost of *******. It defeats the purpose of financing. I explained that those are not my LEGAL signatures and are typed versions of my name. The agent stated my typed name is like a wet signature and I agreed to the added cost via the loan/lease split that totals $5,440.91. Seeking legal counsel.Business response

Between Oct 31,2023 and December 31,2023 I paid this company ******. This company continues to report negatively to my credit. Stating that the account is 120 days late. My account isnt negative I just want the account to not be reporting as a negative account on my profile especially if its not negative. The company started doing this because I started disputing them with the credit bureaus. Would you please look into this?Business response

Untill I see the change on my report. I feel like this has been a deliberate act just because they can report whatever and nothing is resolved in the disputing process. I know it doesn't take 60 days to rectify this when they report every month to TransUnion.Business response

There was a gap in payments (Sept 2022 to June *****. Once payments resumed they pay the oldest missing payment date. Your payment plan was not caught up until last month. Januarys file will be uploaded in February.Initial Complaint

I have tried resolving issues with this company multiple times. I have not made a payment in a year and a half due to my husband dying and I have told them to come repossess the motorcycle that I financed with them however I never get an answer. I submitted a request for a resolution and was told 1/6/24 that they would get back with me and after not hearing anything a few days later I called. I was told that department was closed and ******* would call be back the next day but didnt. When I initially submitted the request at the beginning of the year, my account was open and I could view my contract however I just logged in at paytomorrow.com and it says I do not have an open account and I cant view any past history. In the past I was told I could send the item back to them in **. Im in ***** and I am not going to pay to ship a MOTORCYCLE. Per my contract, they would repossess the bike in the event of default so someone needs to come get it or send me the title with a released lien.Business response

This company is horribly fraudulent and deceptive. On 1/3/24 they took a payment from my credit card without permission. I have sent multiple requests to revoke ACH authorization which they obviously are not acknowledging. I want the payment taken on 1/3/24 returned. They also continue to report the same late payments multiple times. I want this account closed but they are refusing to accept the return of the leased item.Business response

Account access has been lost for some time now so I cannot make critical deadlines. The direct phone number ************** is out of service, the chat support is just a bot loop and opening an email ticket only responds once with a generic message. Is this some kind of scam site?
