    I ordered a set of tires from tirebuyer.com on December 4th to have shipped to a local shop and then schedule a service appointment. They scheduled my service appointment for Saturday December 10th knowing my tires wouldn't be there at the time according to ***** tracking information so I had to buy tires from somewhere else to meet vehicle inspection laws. I called tire buyer Monday December 12th to put in for a refund. I also emailed them. I was told over the phone and through email that my refund was filed and that I would see the money refunded to my method of payment in 5 to 7 business days. That never happened. I called them back on the 8th business day December 21st and was told that my refund was escalated and that the refund immediately and that it could take 5 to 7 business days. It seems I was lied to before. I contacted them a few minutes before writing this complaint and I was told that my refund was "issued" on the 21st and it takes 5 to 7 business days. It seems I'm not the only one fighting with tire buyer to get a refund. American Tire Distributors (the partnered distribution supplier) have already picked up the tires from the shop after they arrived a week late. I don't seem to be getting anywhere with customer service and they don't seem to care about their customers.

    File tire warranty claim with Tirebuyer. All documentation provided and shipped tires for inspection but haven't heard back. Tires and Documentation shipped on or around Nov 1st, 2022. As of today no response.

    I am rejecting this response because: they are not offering a solution. They just mention the back log in processing the warranty claim. It is an explanation but not a resolution.

    As the customer was made aware, the resolution of the mileage warranty comes directly from the tire manufacturer and distributor, and it is being reviewed processed for inspection by the tire manufacturer  and distributor for the refund  credit amount.  The customer has new tires purchased on 10-19-2022, so we are not providing tires as an urgent matter, and he has tires on his vehicle. He is just waiting for the completion of the credit amount to be provided to us, so we can submit a refund.   Without completion of the inspection, then we do not have a credit amount to provide the customer with, but it will be processed as soon as it is possible.

Multiple calls made out to customer service since 11/******/**; **/2; 12/5; 12/8). Business has not resolved despite going through suggested steps (filing claim with *****, waiting for suggested time frames of return emails with in ***** hour). Each time I had called, Tirebuyer customer service agents said they had to do and "internal investigation" with their warehouse, and they would follow-up with me either through phone call and/or email. They have not responded with any real conclusions. ***** replied back to me on 12/6 and denied my claim, stating the issue is with *********. Wanted to escalate this up to supervisor/management team on 12/8 and they refuse to speak to me or take my name/number and provide call back to resolve this issue.

    I ordered two tires from Tire Buyer on 9/29/22 order #*********. I received both tires on 9/30/22. When inspecting my package I realized that they sent me two different size tires. I callled and requested an exchange for the correct tire. They stated that they would pick up the wrong tire and drop off the correct. On 10/4/22 they picked up the tire and did not exchange the tire. I have since been on the phone with customer service everyday asking about my tire. They have stated that it would be at my door by end of business the day that I called. This has happened every day since 10/5/22. I have asked for tracking numbers and they give me fake numbers and I keep requesting an email and still have yet to receive one.

    On 8-6-2022 I placed an order for tires $$798.97 plus tax Order#: *********. I was promised a 20% off my order for an issue I had with the delivery. I placed 4 orders all got canceled.     I ordered a set of tires on 9/26/22 @ **** am my time they were the wrong tires and I instantly called in to cancel the order. Was told would process and let me know. I later found out they shipped the tires anyway after I asked them to cancel. I ordered the correct tires and was told they were cancelled because they did not have them in stock. I have been waiting for any kind of communication or refund on both orders and have received nothing. The tires arrived at installer and I keep getting notifications to come install but I was assured this order was cancelled yet I still have not had the orders cancelled or refunded. I have used customer service many times but I never seem to get anywhere.

    A request for a cancellation was made, and the customer was advised that we would know within 24 hours, since the distributor is the only one able to cancel the order, and that can take ***** hours for a response.

    On September 21 I ordered 4 tires from. Tirebuyer.com . As of today I have received no correspondence from them. Installation was to be done locally through which they were to arrange. Neither I or installer have had any contact with Tirebuyer.com. Installation date was scheduled for tomorrow, Sept. 28. They haven't responded to emails or calls. Phone number for customer service is always busy.Thank you

    Purchase was made on 9/19/22 at approxiamately 10 am with an installation date of 9/21/22 due to the fact I had 2 flats at the same time and desperately needed them to be replaced. The date of 9/21/22 was the earliest offered to me. On 9/20/22, I called to see if I could get a tracking number or confirmation for their in network installation. They informed me that they could not provide a tracking ***** or the confirmation of installation. I reiterated that my appointment was for the very next day and this was very inconvenient. The 21st came and went with no input. I called this morning, 9/22/22, to find out what the deal was. After customer speak, I was told I have to wait until they get the product back before they will issue a return. I'm a 59 year old disabled US Air Force veteran and on a fixed income. I don't have spare cash to be hanging in limbo. Can you please help? Thank you in advance and I hope this will help someone.

    Hi,

    This customer placed an order, and he wanted cancelled after it had processed.  It delivered the next morning 31 minutes after he called, and he could have had his install, but he wanted to be difficult.  We do not have a *************************** on this order, since we have a ******************************* for this order. The customer was very difficult and rude to our staff, and our staff had guidelines that they have to adhere to.  Since we can't cancel the order, we had a return and refund. I just refunded this customer in full, since we do not wants to deal with his profanity, threats and verbal abuse of our staff.

    It will take 3-5 business days for his provider Pay Pal  to apply it.

    On 9/4/22 i order 4 tires from Tire Buyer order number *********, after numerous calls emails and communication on ******* with Tire Buyer, Finally, on 9/13 3 of the 4 tires were delivered to the installer, however the 4th tire has yet to be delivered, it was promised by the end of the day yesterday and then today. As of 5pm today no delivery.Tire Buyer's customer service has a lot to be desired as they really cannot provide details and dive into resolving problems, there is no path to escalate any issues.i would just like to get a straight honest answer on the delivery, here i am 10 days after i placed the order and it was suppossed to be delivery on Tuesday September 6th.

    Hi,

    The distribution center that this order was assigned to ship from did not have any more of this tire in stock.   We have found another location with stock, and the tire has shipped.   I have  called and  left a voice mail, and I emailed the customer as well with tracking and estimated delivery date of 09/19/2022.  Also, we have refunded him $100.00 to his Pay Pal account  for the delay.

    I am rejecting this response because: The tire shipment that Tire Buyer claims to have found and shipped, simply did not happen. They provdied a FEDX tracking number on 9/16 however the shipment never moved,didn't happen, the status remains as 'label printed".
