  I had a nice experience with True Homes and recommend them over other well known developers in the greater **************. This isn't my first build so trust me when I say the quality and details of my home are upscale for a price that I could manage. So far the warranty team has lived up to the promise of responding in a timely fashion. The process of purchasing and building was not as easy as it was before. My life circumstances has changed (solo buyer), So this process was stressful and overwhelming at times. My sales person/contact at true homes was ******* and she providing information and encouragement through this process. I am happy that I chose true homes and I recommend true homes as well.

  True Homes is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I have had nothing but problems since the day I closed on my home. They do not stand behind their work and their representatives continously lie to customers. After only four years of being in my home, I have a roof leak due to the poor workmanship of this company. The shingles were improperly installed, resulting in needing a new roof. True Homes refuses to correct the problem, stating workmanship is only warrantied for one year. They know their quality of work is extremely low, which is why they do not offer anything past one year. I have also experienced improper sealing around the home, no insulation over the bedroom, faulty electrical, water heater problems, and the ac unit has already had major issues. Absolutely ridiculous!!

  We regret this client is frustrated. True Homes has executed their warranty policy to the fullest extent and while this client is beyond the warranty policy, we provided them an opportunity to provide us documentation to have their claim reviewed. We have not received it yet, but regardless of when they submit, we are always willing to review their concern.

  After purchasing homes in several different states and through several lenders, I was impressed with True Homes process. Our expectations were measured in that we were purchasing a tract home instead of a custom home.The contract initiation, mortgage company, and escrow agent kept us informed along the way. The final date moved from the original date but we were looking for a complete product and we remained flexible. It only went about 30 days beyond that original date. The county had more to do with that than True Homes.The walkthrough was exceptional. The site supervisor went out of his way to ensure that all of our issues were addressed. We appreciated his thoroughness. The electronic process indicating the stage was helpful though nothing replaced the human element.We would purchase from True Homes again,

  True Homes has been the best experience I could have prayed for. From the beginning of our first tour at Marthas ********************* did everything she could to help us in our best interest.   UPDATE: 12/15/2022 - Not only did the building supervisor, ******, not ask if we could close on another day, he then called the corporate office in ************** and told them of the new closing date and that the house would be finished and that they were to call us and threaten us that if we did not close on that day we would incur closing delays fees of $500 a day. A woman named **** called to tell us all of this. We informed her of ******* lies - the home is not ready as most of the repairs from our independent home inspection and new home orientation have not been completed and would not be completed by closing. *** asked ****** and our sales rep repeatedly for updates and when these repairs will be scheduled and no one has informed us. This goes beyond unprofessionalism, this is deceitfulness and vile, childish behavior. Another person, named ***, then called from corporate. He repeatedly talked over me and was incredibly condescending.We have been building in Homecoming and our experience with True Homes has been beyond terrible. The communication has been extremely poor as well as the quality of the work. They employ crews that are careless and do not come back into the home to make much needed repairs. Our walkthroughs and closings have been delayed more times i can count causing us incredible stress, money, and time. We've had to rearrange our holiday plans, which has caused anxiety with two young children. We've had our builder admit to us that he is overwhelmed and too much has been put on his plate by True Homes that he has not been able to complete. This same builder then resigned from the company and informed us in an unprofessional manner. Another building supervisor just informed me that our closing has been rescheduled again, but informed no one (us, our sales **** ******** lawyer, bank).Everyone I've spoken to in this community has had the same experience or worse.
