I purchased a toy poodle from Happytails and my family is in love! We took our 4 month old fur baby to the vet and he received a clean bill of health. I originally purchased him without seeing him in person and the next morning I popped up at their location not knowing I needed an appointment. I was worked in to spend time with him. My puppy consultant, ********* was the best also. I left a message over the weekend for my puppy consultant and the call was retuned and an email was sent in response on Monday morning. I would recommend that each individual does their own research and what they feel best in terms of where to purchase their puppy. For me, I would choose Happytails again.

I recently purchased a Morkie puppy (4 months old) from Happytail Puppies. I am very thankful for my spunky little girl. She has been to my vet and had an excellent visit. She is healthy, loving, and full of energy. She has blended nicely with her animal siblings, she has no clue of her size, just under 3 pounds. I only have positive reviews for the staff at Happytail, both when I was on the phone and when I arrived in person (my 4hr drive was worth it!). Thank you Happytail Puppies for my Moxie AKA *****. They really dont even deserve a one star. Run dont walk away from this place. When I first picked up my cockapoo she had a moisture rash on her stomach. Obviously from lying in filth.. My dachshund mix who she called a ?*** ****** has had pancreatitis twice and shes not even fat. The cockapoo has a hereditary cancer and was just giving weeks to live, because of the severity of it. This place is indeed a mill. Please do your research on this place before you get a pup or even consider getting one from them.Happytail Puppies, LLC

I do see contact from you in January 2023 for employment opportunities with Happy Tail Puppies that mention adopting puppies from us 6 yrs. ago but no mention of illnesses. We have no documentation nor correspondence from you regarding the issues that are listed in your review. I am displeased with the service and level of care I have received after receiving my animal. They are nice until you purchase animal and then could care less. BasicallyI bait and switch- get the sale and move on. picked up puppy on a Friday afternoon, took to Vet (********) the very next morning for routine check up to comply with recommended care within first three days and the animal is sick. Puppy was diagnosed with double ear infection, upper respiratory infection and bacterial infection in stomach. I immediately contact facility and get not response to calls/ emails until Monday. I feel very deceived. An animal can not get this sick overnight. I was told to take her to another vet for a second opinion ( spend additional money) because they do not feel ******** is reputable. I offered to return puppy to their Vet to be seen and this was declined. At no point have they tried to reimburse any of the additional cost we have incurred. They just told me to file claim to the insurance that I am paying for. A claim that has been denied due to a waiting period- that I was told the puppy would not have as I got is from Happy Tails. I purchased this puppy for my childs mental health and it has done nothing but increase my stress as I have had to shell out funds that were not expected for a sick puppy and continue to medicate it daily for her illness. I still have to go to an alternate Vet and they have yet to inform me if the other pets are sick where she was housed. I would not recommend anyone purchase an animal from here. I thought they were a reputable location but my experience has been otherwise. Stay clear and go elsewhere. It is the same as purchasing a defective product- there should be a level of service to ensure the customer is happy with outcome and the purchase is what expected.Happytail Puppies, LLC

We apologize for your incovenience. We do not honor Banfield Vet claims and or diagnosis's per the Health Guarantee that you signed and acknowledged prior to picking your puppy up. Fetch pet insurance is in effect within 24 hrs. of you picking your puppy up. Managment will be more than happy to assist you with filing your claim with Fetch as there is no waiting period for Happytail Puppy customers. A claim has already been filed to ***** and denied stating there IS a waiting period. I have provided the medical records for the puppy. Calling you to file a new claim will not change this. I posted photos of the *** from the claim on my ****** review. Clearly shows denial of treatment during waiting period. I was told by the insurance *** and Happytails there wouldnt be a waiting period yet the claim denied.This does not negate the fact I picked up a sick animal. You have not spoken to the health of the other puppies she was house with. The second opinion Vet - when I offered to return to your facility VEt was declined. Unfortunately I am not made of money and cant just afford to shell out the money for the purchase, the animals needs for the home, insurance, and then her medical diagnosis. So to request me to go another Vet for a confirmation of the diagnosis of a sick puppy and medication I am treating for is inconsiderate and **** poor customer service. I, ***** **********, stand by my rating. It is solely 1 star because prior to purchase the service was polite. After purchase you have not been responsive to emails or calls to rectify this situation. ****** learned. STAY AWAY from this place! If a 0 was possible then it would ****** do fraudulent business. If you read other reviews there are similar complaints where you do not take ownership or help customers when you provide sick animals or you scam them out of the animal all together and rehome to another family not refunding money. Excellent puppy service!! Worked with ***** from Happytails Puppies and adopted **** whom we renamed to Remy. Remy is a Morkie that has a feisty personality and is doing great with potty training! I had a great experience with my adoption process. Staff was kind and efficient and they have since followed up with me to check on my **** baby and offered many perks as well. I would definitely recommend Happy Tails to anyone looking to adopt a new pet.Happytail Puppies, LLC

Being referred by a family friend, I knew what type of puppy I wanted. The hardest part was searching through the pics of all the ADORABLE pups. After picking my puppy out. I had a few questions. I called and spoke to ********* who was terrific in answering all of them. A couple of days before I was scheduled to pick up my furbaby. ********* called to tell me that with her final vet check they found out she had a parasite. They started her on meds. I was told I could wait or they would give me the remainder of her meds and I could finish the course of them with her. I appreciated the transparency.Honestly I had to do another round of deworming with her vet but all in all I have a happy , VERY energetic and healthy pup and I am satisfied. My only issue is I wish they had more options in the Puppy guarantee in regards to the *** food and Vitadawg supplement. I tried to find reviews on both of these products and could not find much. I don't mind paying for quality products for my furbaby but I need to see legit reviews. All in All the process was smooth and I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new furbabyHappytail Puppies, LLC
