Please read this, I purchased a beautiful Havanese puppy January 2023, her price was discounted to ****** and I was excited I was finally able to afford my new puppy. The issue is not the puppy who is innocent in all this, but it has been a challenge since day one. She has on and off diarrhea which has taken me to the vet numerous times! The last visit they found a liver shunt. Surgery, tests, ultrasounds etc. they also said this is something passed by the parents to the pups and dogs with a liver shunt should not be bred because it is passed through genes. This company is playing with peoples hearts! We fall in love only to fine out our fur babies are sick. Be aware, those prices you are paying seem great, however in the long run they are bargain basement defect prices that in the end cost more than if you use a reputable breeder. My heart is broke, shame on them!

Great puppy place! ********* helped me and my wife with the purchase of two loving puppies and continued to following up days after the adoption. The puppies were healthy and had documentation of their origin and all medical records. I would highly recommend Happy Tails Puppies!

We were impressed with the staff and the part of the facility that we saw. Our puppy had been well cared for and has a wonderful disposition. She did have some GI issues requiring a vet visit, but seemed to be the **** food we were transitioning her to. We have since changed to Science Diet and shes doing great. We didnt like that they require you to stay on their vitamins to keep the pet health guarantee, especially if our vet doesnt see the need for it. Overall we had a good experience.

I have had a great service with Happytails! I love the puppy I have! So much so that I went and got another one! ****** did an awesome job in helping me with both of the adoptions! So happy with both dogs! Thank you ******!!

Happytail Puppies were excellent in their customer service on the phone and in person. ***************************** helped me with the sale and pick-up logistics for me to get there, 4-5 hrs from home. They gave me advice on his first few weeks at his new home. They helped me set up his health insurance and vitamins. ***************************** was compassionate and very professional. She checked on us days later to see how everything was going. Great breeders and customer service!

From the beginning to the end of the process everything was professional and efficient. ****** was the person we have dealt with and after our telephone conversation, she handled our visit to meet possible adoptees with ease. The surroundings were clean and organized to meet the needs of the puppies and those wanting to adopt. Our puppy is happy, healthy and has adjusted to our home and us without any separation anxiety. Our beautiful pet recently passed away and our decision to go to Happytail Puppies, LLC was perfect. Our new puppy, being so happy, makes us smile a lot. Training her is going quite well too. I would highly recommend getting a puppy from Happytail Puppies.

I started communication with the team at Happytail Puppies, LLC on 3/5/2024. The team was in constant communication with me up until 3/26/2024, which was 3 business day after I received my dog and the vet visit was due. I have tried to reach ************************* by email and telephone call and no response. I have had to spend several hundred dollars on my dog and he is still under doctors care. The illness comes from does that are in a kennel and eating waste or drinking dirty water. I asked to be reimbursed from my expenses or to receive another dog and no response has been made to address my concerns.

I purchased my first HappyTail puppy for grief support,in September 2022, and ***************, a Maltese, has been my best friend ever since. He brought joy back into my life! The Happytail Puppies crew were wonderful to work with! After New Years this year, I decided I wanted a female puppy to be a little sister for *************** and researched breeders near me. But Id had such a great experience with HappyTail Puppies the first time, I decided that the drive was worth it. Just as they did for *************** before, ***** this time, kept me informed with updates on SunnyMaes health and training progress. I received videos and pictures also. ***** stayed in touch via email and phone calls throughout the process of getting her to the required age and weight. *************** and SunnyMae, both came vaccinated, dewormed and both of them came microchipped and AKC/ACA registered . I opted to get a training package for SunnyMae (Maltese puppies can be as stubborn as they are adorable), and I was very pleased with the outcome. At pickup, I received a detailed report about her training from ***** along with instructions on everything I needed to do to keep up the the work they put into her training and her schedule for her to continue to thrive. I received everything necessary for me to take her to her new veterinarian. Everything went smoothly and they were there to answer any questions that I had. If ***** didnt have the answer she made phone calls, with me sitting there with her, and got the answer.If I ever decide to get another puppy, Ill definitely go back to Happytail Puppies. And Ill absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in getting a healthy, well cared for puppy.

Lovely buying experience. Our Shih Tzu puppy is a beautiful addition to our family. She is spunky, full of energy and personality. She breezed through her puppy check with our veterinarian receiving an excellent report.
