! BEWARE ! These guys are legit scam artists. I will not go into the details of my story because it would be a novel. But in a nutshell, they will take your car for a "week" to give you an estimate. Their estimate will start out as a reasonable amount of time and money but will grow incrementally until they have had your car for several weeks or more than a month and the only way to get it "put back together" is to pay some exorbitant amount of money. It is unclear if they even do the work they said they did. Ultimately, I drove my car into their shop but had to get a tow truck to pick it up nearly a month later.

I bought my 2015 Infiniti Q50 into AAMCO on a Friday because the check engine light was on and the car went into limp mode so I was unable to drive it over 40mpg. Based on the code I looked up, the Speed Sensor on the transmission needed to be replaced. However, there were other related issues that could have also been wrong with the car such as the Transmission Valve body. Service Manager **** D said they would check the car out and get back to me on Monday. On Monday he called me to confirm it was, in fact, the speed sensor but it wasn't a guarantee that would fix the problem until they got it in and tested it. He told me they would get the part in that day and should have the car ready by Tuesday. They actually didn't get the part until Tuesday but AAMCO had my vehicle for 11 days including the weekend and each day when I called to check the status, I was given an excuse and told it would be ready the next day. On Friday when I was promised the car again, I was told it would be ready on Monday now. I was upset because I spent over $350 in Ubers as a result and the car still had the same problem. **** got upset at my questions and hung up on me. After finding out the part didn't work, AAMCO told me they wouldn't charge me for replacing the labor and part for the speed sensor but then quoted $3100 to replace the Transmission Valve Body. I declined and took the car to Infiniti who quoted me a total of $2500, plus they found a leak in one of the parts connected to the radiator and replaced everything for $3373.00 out the door. In addition, my dashcam captured some interesting video which has me questioning if they even replaced the speed sensor as it only showed my car up on the lift for about 30 minutes. It also captured it being driven on 2 occasions which I assumed was to test drive it but it looks like they visited a paint store and a ****. The manager was rude and condescending. I would never take my vehicle to them again. I would not trust them.

I originally brought in my vehicle to have a transmission cooling line replaced , five days later they could not locate the line so I asked them to put the rubber hose back or replace it with a 2-in rubber hose which they did but they charged me over $500 for labor. That charge sounds quite inflated and abusive. I believe I will take this matter to small claims court.

This company took my car into service for 6 times for the same problem. I have given them over $6000.. I received a total transmission rework. My car still has the very same problem. Their last conversation with me was to say, oh well that's how it is.
