Made 2 purchases on their website using my PayPal account I've had open for several years and use weekly on Wednesday.Order was to be delivered to the verified address on my PayPal account ***** sent me a tracking number on Friday.Never shipped.Then sent me refunds on Monday, saying my payment is unverified. And requested a check or money order instead.I've spent literal thousands in the past 6 months from gold dealers online, using the same verified PayPal account. Never had a single issue.Everything about my payment was valid and genuine, with money being removed from the accounts I used to make the purchases. Now I have to wait for the money to be settled back in my accounts before I can order from someone else.If you don't accept PayPal as a payment option, remove it from your site as an option.

Items are ready to ship and shipping label is active. #3 Call PayPal they should give you your funds right away, we are not holding your funds and we refunded your money first thing on Monday 8/14/23 morning. Transaction ID: *****************. We accept all payments from PayPal verified customers. Again ******* were sorry your name/funds were not verified by PayPal.
