This is one of the worst retailers I have ever experienced in my life. HUGE rip off artists. First, they discount you into a membership and then if you have to leave the membership with any funds unused, kiss them goodbye. I had to leave the membership due to a medical reason after freezing my account for 6 months. They explained to me that the only way to get my funds off my account was to accept a gift card. Once the funds are on the gift card, all member discounts are erased (despite putting funds on there as a member). So basically, your dollars are worth about 60% of what’s on the card. I asked for separate gift cards in amounts to give as gifts and they declined. I bought some merchandise with a gift card and was told that was returnable, but when I went to take one back they were not returnable. Not even to a gift card. This business is inflexible, overinflated and one of the biggest rip-offs out there. If you pay for lash extension, it lasts a grand total of about one week. That’s pricey at $169. The customer service policies have zero to do with customers at all and simply about gating money from their clients regardless of the circumstances. I sincerely regret the day I ever walked through the front door of one of these shops, and I will tell everybody I know to stay as far away as possible. Grade F….. despicable policies, despicable company.
