  They will make it all but impossible to get a refund, they want me to send them a core, even though I sent them my PCM to be repaired, they will also use thier caller ID to ignore your calls and if they answer the phone they will put you on hold and hang up on you after 15-20min.Ive been trying to get my money back for over a month and they just keep changing the hoops I need to ****** through to get my ****** back. They spray painted my pcm black and sprayed my motherboard black so no the pcm doesnt even work at all. I also had a representative cuss me out and hang up on me, about 30min later she called me back to tell me that shes just having a bad day(as if me losing 600bucks isnt a bad day for me) anyway they still havent gotten my money back and are basically just trying to run down the clock so I dont get my money back. I wouldnt ever go to this company again and for further reference they have about 3 or 4 names they use, but they are all out of ** from my understanding, theyve also had dozens of bad reviews in less than 3yrs. Very bad group of people to deal with. STAY AWAY

  They dont honor the warranty and sell bad ecm that goes out in couple months. I just seen the ****** reviews and they are all calling them a scam and that they charge the company name becouse of that. I paid over $1800 on replacement with life time warranty. I send them the ecm to bi fixed and every time i call them they they tell me that it is going to be ship tomorrow and then finally after 3 weeks they sand to me i get it on Saturday and have technician put it on and test drive it and its a same problem. Then i call them monday and ship the ecm and they get it NeXst day and thenWednesday when i call them they told me that they are going to ship me the replacement unit ecm. Then i asked Thursday for shiping number and they told me they are going to ship it out Friday. I called Friday and they told me its going to be shipped out by and of the day. Today is Monday and now they are telling me we are not going to sand you replacement ecm unit because we are trying to fix the unit that you sent us. I have no words how to describe them I cant believe that BBB let Company that is US base scam people like overseas Scammers

  This place is a SCAM. Charge you upfront to repair your ECU then send it back stating it's unrepairable. Only to find you have to fight to get your money back. I only received a portion of mine back. No communication, the avoid returning calls ect. I would not have even given 1 star!!! Crooks

  Installed the *** after completing all the steps on the checklist. ( I am a certified mechanic) Had a locksmith come reprogram my keys, connected my scanner to OBDII to ensure connectivity was good, truck will not start. No codes no faults, NO START. I was replacing the *** because the one in my truck had a tune installed and I did not have the tuner to change it.

  One star is the lowest I could give. They are rude to talk to and will not help in any way. My computer has been wrong because of their mistake and they have no way to actually speak to any members of management. Spend your money elsewhere!

  We tried to order a car computer from them and they said they ship in 3 sauce but it took 2 weeks just for them to say the computer didnt work and we asked for a refund and they still havent sent it. They can only be contacted by email which they dont respond to. After reading deeper into the reviews, this is a common issue that they dont like to give refunds in a timely manner if at all. We have been out of a car for a long while and we need the money back to go elsewhere but they wont release it and either hang ** in your face or put you on hold until you hang up and call back and then they still dont answer.
