    We all know that buying a car is no fun! But I just bought a CRV from Johnson Honda in Stuart. My sales person was ***** and she made this car buy a very pleasant experience. She answered all my questions was attentive to what I wanted and we got the deal done! So if you are looking for a car, go to Johnson Honda and ask for NEEKA. You will have a pleasant experience and walk out with the car YOU choose.

    Dont use a Johnson Lexus of Raleigh for collision repairs. They dont tell you that they use a third-party until after you get the car back and have issues. Then they want you to deal directly with the third-party to resolve them. Its the kind of a shell game that auto dealers are famous for

    Dropped off my Lexus for service first time yesterday at Johnson Lexus in Raleigh. Took half hour to get checked in. Had to call repeatedly as to status of my car ( only getting 30k checkup) over last 24 hours. Its now over a day later, Ive spoken to over five separate people at the dealership as well as Lexus corporate and no one has a clue as to when the car will be ready. Left message for *************************, Service Manager explaining situation, never called back. Johnson Lexuss of Raleigh utter contempt for their customer and incompetence in communicating a status on a car I left with them over 36 hours ago is not the customer service a brand like ********************** is known for. Lexus-you need to step up your game, your customers are counting on you.

    This is my first Lexus purchase and I have been very happy with the Lexus ES 300 hybrid. I was very impressed with the professionalism at the dealership and thought very highly of my sales consultant ******* and the manager ***. No one at the dealership was pushy and they made my buying experience very pleasant.
