Doesnt deserve 1 star ************ is a scam and misleading. False advertisement. They promise instant results for whiter teeth however your teeth are only whiter under the ******************** they use after the treatment is over. It gives the illusion that your teeth show the results you want. I reached out to discuss my dissatisfaction with the service and they were rude and also blocked me. I do not recommend anyone supporting this company. I also noticed there are not any negative reviews on ****** because they only allow the positive reviews to post so that can continue misleading others. They send you the link to the ****** review right after your teeth is shown under the special lighting making the customer anxious to write a positive review. I also did not get my before or after pictures sent to me as promised. They only sent them to me after I requested a refund.Review from DANA J

Leaving this review in hopes that it will counteract the negative reviews I read on here. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, however I think it's important for inquiring minds to be privy to an alternative viewpoint.I had an appt. with King of Pearls on 4.2.2023 in ********, **. It was top notch from beginning to end!! I arrived on time, signed in, & was called into the conference room for my appointment within approx. 30 minutes. I had to wait a few minutes, but that's to be expected. Once we were in the conference room, we were asked to sit at separate stations that were placed at least 6 ft. apart so as to adhere to COVID safety standards. Each station was set up with its own new materials (gloves, glasses, etc). The gentleman (we will call him "King") introduced himself, briefed us on the procedure, & asked if we had any questions. He answered all questions in a professional manner. The procedure was started on each patient at this point. "King" explained the process again to each person as he started their procedure. In between patients, he was adamant about sterilization and following Covid safety standards. The procedure consists of ***************** placement in your mouth, whitening gel put on teeth in 2 10 minutes sessions, blue light administered to mouth area, & a remineralising fluid on teeth at end of procedure to prevent damage to enamel. At the end of the procedure, you are asked to go to the restroom & swish & spit. Then, you return to the conference room to take after pictures & pay for the service. "King" reminds you that you are not to eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after the procedure. "King" sends you the before and after pictures free of charge. I was elated with my results & the entire process! ********** staff were friendly & professional! This service is a life saver for someone like me that doesn't have dental insurance. I can't say enough positive things about this procedure or this business. I will be a repeat customer!
