********************* was very professional, pleasant & informative. He instructed me on entire process he would complete in order to check my system working properly. Including advising me on each step as he completed it. ***************, observed a puddle under my home & found the source to be my water pressure tank. *************** contacted Office to get estimate to fix issue & advised me to contact Office for possible upgrade on yearly plan, & any discounts available. I d recommend ********************* thoroughness to all.Review from Gloria G

They came to my home to complete the second service due for Winter check. I was told that my contract hadnt ran out and technician started providing the **** check. Once he contacted ************* he was told to stop and we needed to pay again even though still under contract. I called them 3 times to complain and call kept going to voicemail. No one ever answered the telephone or called me back about my concern. When we had the **** put in we were told they overcharged ** because, they wasnt getting much business. Ive already overpaid you within the year but, they wont service our ****. If I knew how they treat their customers after you purchase from them, we would have never used them. Places and people that I have asked what they paid for their unit is up to ***** well we were charged almost $9,000. I would not recommend them to anyone else to be treated like we have been treated.Review from Christine N.

Had a routine furnace ck up by ***'s . Next day NO HEAT. thermostat set to 70, blowers running no warmth. Air coming out of vent 64 outside sir ******** a competitor evaluate. Guess what the competitor found, the tech turned off the natural gas line to the furnace. Duh, we are using competitor for future needs. We paid ****** for the ***** tech, all we got for it was a headache and a cold night. Notified ***'s via direct phone with no apology. Never again.
