I would reach out to customer service but the link on your website doesnt even work. Im so unhappy with Food Lion as a company in general the least that you can even do is make sure that your website works. But there are just so many things wrong with your company down to a micro level. After my last experience with your store, I dont think Im gonna shop there anymore. I dont understand why I should give you any more of my money when yall dont act like you care at all. You have horrible reviews online a 1.5 star rating on ****** and yall just dont seem to care or do anything about it. The worst part is it really reflects negatively on ************************ where your company is from I also live in ********* and its pretty bad when I have to shop at other grocery stores because your local grocery store cant even take the time to get your order right or give you products that are not expired or any of the other Plethora of reasons why your company just *****.Review from Mike P

Have delt with some many issues with being harassed by a couple that works in the same department as me had them throw part of my uniform in a thing of used oil.delt with a employee makeup up rumors about me and my family being discrimination towards people or color or sexual preferences. human resources is a joke there they have given me the run around on just about every I've come across and kicking me out of there system so I'm not able to get my pay stubs. The work environment is so hostile and have to worry if what you say will be turn around and used against you when you have private conversations behind closed doors they completely violated my confidentiality numerous times have called my family in other words (brought up in the old ways ) as my family is racist or discrimination or any thing such as that.the lack of help I've received from the actual company forced me to leave but then said I abandoned my position when I was telling them plenty of times with being told directly from general manager **** that the crew is known to bully and intimidate other employees till leaving like that's a good enough reason to deal what I was dealing with there the lack of cleanliness is cray lack of hand washing *** keeping meets out for extended time periods well over two hours lack of cleaning enforced where food is just left on the ground all day and meat slicers covered in whatever was cut with it. Employees didn't even know how long there supposed to wash there hands for along with changing sanitizer water. I'm just lost with this company and how they have treated me and let others do what they do. Location- ********************************************Review from Kate G

Food lion Brain ****** in high point nc air ***** if yall can't fix the air at least put fans at the Registers so the employees won't be sweating and feel like they goin to pass out. These window need some shade so it can stay cool in here.Review from Phileathea W

I visited the store at ******************************** to pick up a couple of items. When I tried to scan the first item using the flat bed scanner it would not scan. There had been a lady assisting another customer and when she was done I tried to get her attention, but she just walked away. I very politely called her three times before she turned and barked "WHAT" at me. When I told her that the item would not scan she walked back again, this time saying very rudely "Oh yes it does." She grabbed the item from me, walked to the side of the machine and used the hand held scanner. "She then goes "See" and then leans in and makes the rudest and most insulting comment I have ever heard a customer service person make. "I don't know what that s*** is but it smells pretty strong." Now I consider myself a very clean person. I had showered and put on clean clothes so I apologize if my odor offended her. However I had just helped a neighbor who had passed away family clean out their apartment. Due to a near fatal bout of Typhus Fever I have no sense of smell. If I picked up an odor that offended her I apologize. But that gives her no right to attack, insult and disrespect me. As a result of this I will never enter a Food Lion again. I am in fear of being so viciously attacked again. And they call this customer service?Food Lion, LLC Response

I no longer buy my lamb chops there when you open the package they really stink bad I can go somewhere else and buy lamb chops and they're fine also to the watermelon that's cut up in a container I've thrown more than twice containers out because it's bad just saying!Food Lion, LLC Response

Selling fried chicken that wasn't done. No response at all from cooperate called all day 2/9/24. But I put a picture on FB. No remorse at all, no response let's me know they do not care at all but want us to spend money there.Food Lion, LLC Response
