    Team chevy dealership provided poor service and information by keeping my vehicle for 4 days when it was indicated by service agent Lori that my vehicle would be ready in just 2 days not 4.updates were misleading and phone call were not returned.

    Terrible experience. Never go here. They do not care. We purchased a car from there. from the start the salesman had his GF and child there. Had this been the only thing it would not have been a big deal. The child screamed the entire time we were there. When we went on the test Drive, the salesman ****, cursed a lot and talked about whipping his child. Then he started talking about his Girlfriends baby daddy's. It was very uncomfortable. No judgement but it was not our business to know. Me and my wife felt awkward. Then during negotiations at one point he told us we were just "wasting paper at this point". i almost got up and walked out. he laughed when i got firm with him and told him to check again with the sales managers. The finance manager was a nice break from all this. he was polite and courteous. The salesman said he was going to gas up the car, however once we got down the road a bit we noticed that he had not put any gas in at all. in fact the gas meter was at about a quarter of a tank. the same when we test drove it. i tried calling 5 different times to discuss this. left a review on ****** and was told to call in. no one knew who i should talk to. kept getting the run around. still have not heard from anyone. no apology was ever given. They clearly do not care about you. all they want is a sale and then you are useless to them. please go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle.
