I would strongly advise against purchasing a car from Carmazone. When I went to buy my car, I was unable to drive it off the lot because they discovered it was missing the catalytic converter. I wasn't informed about this until the salesperson, **** *., handed me random keys for another vehicle and mentioned that they typically dont provide rental cars.After finally getting my car, I had to return it within three days due to overheating and other issues. Although they addressed the problems, this was just the beginning of my troubles. When I expressed my desire to return the car, I was told it wasn't possible since they had already received payment. I also questioned if they put the car through the check point system why I have had to bring my car back multiple times for problems? **** told me even a certain luxury vehicle line has mechanics and it's a risk with used vehicles. Another problem I had was the lack of communication and dishonesty with Carmazone. I had multiple issues with my monitor in my car. I had to leave my car with them a couple of times. On one of these times Carmazone had to send my car off and I was lied to by ***** that my car was fixed and ready. Once I got to the facility to pick up car it was still broken, and I was not informed they were unable to fix it. One of the other mechanics in the office called the other facility they sent my car off to and he put the phone speaker he told ***** they were unable to fix my car before I came. She lied about my car being ******** less than four months, I had to bring the car back again for engine problems and was shocked to learn they wanted to charge me over $1,000 for repairs. After internal discussions, they performed a quick fix but again refused to provide a rental car while my vehicle was in their shop. A couple of months later, the engine light came on again, and they quoted me over $500 for repairs that were out of my control and due to them selling defective vehicles.Review from Anna B

If I could give a negative score regarding this experience, it definitely would be posted! I must say our overall experience with CARmazone "was not", meaning it was a GREAT disappointment. So, I agreed to go be a co-signer with him on the application. At that point, we received a call that we were "approved"! Great! In continuance, we go to the dealership, and am greeted by ****, my husband test drives the truck, and the paper proceeds.(1) We were informed that there was an issue with emission and someone was out driving the truck to - "hopefully, make the light go off". It did.(2) Then, I was asked for a plethora of paperwork by the finance manager that day which I provided. I emailed everything they asked for between the time where were physically there to the time I went home and took the time to email all the docs required. Well unbeknownst to me, all that work was done in vain. The information that I took the time to send in was never uploaded promptly and the bank began to request information directly from us. They told us all was well, gave us the keys, and sent us on our way!(3) Over the next couple of days - Carmazone's salesperson, **** - called numerous times - to get the same information - several times - that we had already provided. He continued to explain that the information that I had provided to the finance manager had been sitting in his email and had to be deleted after a certain amount of days. So, why wasn't the information uploaded immediately?(4) Next, thing I knew - the loan was denied. The reason given by the dealership verbally was not clear. The options we were given were to provide more money which we didn't have, get other financing (suggest to try another back on our own), or return the vehicle. I've been dealing with this God awful company since 2019. 1st I had a charger they sold me. That was the worst 1st car ever. I traded that in 2022 for a 2019 jeep compass. Very nice car but bad business. On my last free oil change no one replaced the oil cap so it was leaking oil. Thankfully I caught it the next day, took it to the dealership and they fixed it all to leave out my engine shield that goes under my car. I didn't notice it til days later so I had to go back a 3rd time for them to get it right. I spent well over 200 for a battery the. 2 days later they failed to tell me I needed to replace 2 batteries. So I made an apt that took well over the time they told me,, got my battery fixed all for me to drive the car off the lot and it's still not working correctly. Yet again I had to make another trip trip back up to the dealership. I am so tired of this place and if I known what I knew now about this company I would have took my services elsewhere. From this day on I'll go to JEEP to get my jeep serviced. This place is a terrible facility.Review from Brittany C

Last year in June of 2022 I bought a car from salesman Gavin & Patrick. I have found out that they have screwed me over. In a year I have only paid my car down $2,000 . I have attempted to trade my car in at a different car dealership to only be told “I don’t know what they did to get you into this but you are stuck with this car unless you get a repo”. I was also basically put into said car by gavin who said in 6 months you can trade it in to get the bigger car you are needing, the bigger car I was going for was also cheaper than the car they said I got approved for. Will no longer ever do business with them again. This is a **** poor company.Review from Jeffrey W

My sister referred me here, and I didn't know much about this business at first. Once I arrived I was welcome before I even walk in. I had an amazing, professional, and knowledgeable team. Holly, Pat and DL M**** serve a BIG win to my family. They were sincerely committed to finding the right car to fit my budget and a great catch to the eye.
