Didnt like the smell of my house inside after I had sprayed *****. I have animals from someone I was trying to help and they had a heart attack and died. My unit is in a well ventilated crawl space and they didnt need to come inside. Owner denied me service. This happened two years ago and caused me anxiety from being judged!Review from Erin A

This company was sent through Choice Warranty to service my HVAC system. My unit is now making a strange noise that it had not made before. The technician submitted my claim to my warranty company and it was denied. My unit was not in the condition that the technician claimed it was. Get a second opinion.

Below is the technicians notes from the call. Arrived at call found both systems for home upstairs and downstairs running in auxiliary heat check condensers found no power to condenser units. Both units on one main breaker reset main breaker panel went to disconnect turn newer downstairs system on downstairs system working perfectly. upstairs has a bad compressor and has extremely tight access to the ahu. I could not get into the access. System is needing to be replaced and the access is way too tight. We did nothing to this customers home and submitted our notes to the customers home warranty.Review from Felix P

This cooling and heating company is a scam! They will patch the problem just so have the need to call them back to charge you new fees and new repairs. They installed a new unit and with a year they have to keep coming to fix the poor job they did. Thats how this company stat in business, by scamming their customers.Review from halil U

They checked my HVAC system 3 weeks ago and they said that the fan blade is warped and needs a replacement. they gave me an estimation of $ 550. Recently another company send me a technician and He said that the fan blades are ok but the problem is the loosened support of the top cover of the HVAC and fix it easily. We have recently used Tier 1 heating and air. This an A+ company. They came so quick and found the problem, came out the next day with new part and system working great. Anyone needing honest and the best customer service should call this company. Tech ******* was great could not ask for better. This is a five star company.

This company does not have your best interest at heart. Their technician came out for a ****** ******** service call. The technician assigned to the call without effort said the compressor shorted out and needed to replace the unit. I received a second opinion and low and behold NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE UNIT. This company does not have your interest at heart and the technician that visited my home is fraudulent and should not be trusted.
