    I purchased a kioti tractor in 2007 has been good up till lately. The tractor only has 750 hr which is very low, the power steering pump has just started leaking. When I went to my kioti dealer to order a new one they said it was obsolete and no longer available.So now my well maintained tractor that is still like new has become useless kioti should provide parts for more than 18 years as tractors last much longer or give you an aftermarket alternative.Thank you *****

    Took my NX 50/10 tractor ( 600) hrs. In it to the dealer because the engine is missing. 1st attempt repair was done in a week and I was called to pick it up. It was running no better than when I took it in. 5 more weeks have passed and still no repair or diagnoses. Called corporate twice with no help whatsoever. I am seeing a common trend in many of these BBB complaints. No corporate support of dealership problems. Diagnostic training may be another issue.

    I have a 2021 year model Rx7320 Kioti tractor with KL7320 loader with only 300 hours all 4 of the bolts that hold on the loader broke off I only have 4 hours on the loader I have contacted. Kioti they tell me there was a recall on the 2016 models but not on my 2021 model because Engineering has fixed the problem but as you can see in the picture they haven't fixed this issue they tell me I have to do my own repair also they say I need to retighten the bolts every 10 hours. I have never heard of such . They know there an issue

    I purchased a Kioti CS2520 tractor with a dealer installed cab. The cab is a Rops Model SC-TB300. When the tractor was delivered, I noticed that when I have the cab heat turned off, I have no engine temperature indication. I notified the Dealership, North Country *********, and they said that they had to relocate the engine temperature sensor, and this is normal. I contacted Kioti by email, and after 2 months they are saying that this is normal. It is apparent to anyone, that you should be able to monitor your engine temperature at any time. I wish to have this issue resolved by having this problem repaired. Thanks

    I am rejecting this response because: There is no reason why I cannot monitor my engine temperature at all times when the engine is running. So during the summer months when I have the cab heat turned off, I will be unable to monitor my engine temperature when the chance of overheating is at its worse. Looks to me like you are covering for a bad design. This would never be acceptable in an automobile. I am just requesting that this issue be resolved.

    I am rejecting this response because: 
    I wish to reply to Kioti Tractor statement. When they relocated the temperature sensor on the cab installation, it was a bad relocation because you cannot monitor the engine temperature when the cab heat is turned off. The owners manual does not make any exception in their owners manual. In the manual it states CAUTION make sure to control the work load so that the temp gauge needle is not in the red zone. If needle stays in the red zone, do not stop the engine immediatly, instead reduce the work load to cool down the engine before stopping the engine. How can I comply with this cation if I cannot read the engine temperature.

    I bought a Kioti DK4710se hst tractor from a well established local dealer (30 miles away). I have kept up the service as set forth by Kioti & have enjoyed the tractor. At 98 hrs the tractor failed to start. I had tech ************** @ $100 each trip, he replaced a solenoid for fuel pump but still didn't run. Had to have it shipped to their shop at $300 my cost for further diagnosis. After a month waiting for Kioti's fuel test to be certain problem was theirs & not mine the hi pressure fuel pump was replaced (was told it was a $13000 repair). It then ran for an hour & half before it stuttered & died. It restarted & ran rough but was able to get it home & out of my driveway. I recorded the trouble codes & how it was idling hi until I pressed brake & it idle down. I then turned it off & failed to start again. Dealer sent truck to pick it up & been gone for month again. They have replaced fuel **************** & it still throwing codes & are waiting on Kioti to instruct them on what action to take next. This tractor has 100 hrs on it & has been down for over 2 months & received nearly half what I paid for it in repairs. If not for the warranty I would have been completely screwed. I believe the service I've received at ***** Tractor Works has been honest & straight forward, they said any warranty work has to get Kioti approval before anything can be done & they can only do what Kioti advises them to do. At first I was impressed by the 6 yr warranty, I thought if they stood behind it for 6 yrs it must be good quality (maybe I am wrong). I'm not satisfied with promptness of Kioti's warranty work & expecting me pay for transport for repairs due to poor manufacturing or defective parts is not acceptable. I am out $800 for ********************* for Kioti's defects & loss of tractor for over 2 months while repaired. I thought buying new I'd avoid costly repairs & downtime & expected to enjoy years of trouble free use. I want a product I can be confident will not fail me.

    I purchased a new tractor with attachments at the end of march and have been waiting and waiting on two power wires for 3rd function operation and power lift operation. My local dealer has tried everything to get them but Kioti is refusing to assist. I have called the U.S. headquarters 4 times and each time was told I would receive an update the next day by phone or email. Have not once received a return with an update and now no one with answer the phone. I have been out thousands of dollars for the options and grapple that Im unable to use since march thats just been sitting in my yard. Not to mention all the time and gas lost driving to the dealership and time lost calling and calling kioti.

    How is kioti going to make this right ? It has been almost 4 months and still no updated or eta on the 2wires. I have other brands of tractors and have never had this kind of problem with parts nor treated so poorly. At this point I would like Kioti *** headquarters refund me via check for all the parts, labor, grapple that was paid for upfront. They can come pick the grapple up at my home. 4 months of idk when I see other members on forms having the parts is not right.  Not to mention all my time and fuel cost lost? My local dealer has been awesome but kioti rep and *** headquarters is useless.

    I bought this tractor new. It has been in the repair shop more than I have had it. It only has @400 hrs. on it. I had the steering upgraded as i was instructed because there wasn't a return valve and or hose and the tractor steering would not move sitting still. That meant I would have to move it to make steering possible. This is a MAJOR safety issue . I have had the front 4wd system replaced 2 times. This tractor sits in an enclosed garage and is heated and cooled and has never been rained on. I also have replaced the ignition switch , as they state it goes bad ( my cost). I am somewhat mechanical and have owned a new Chevrolet Dealership. I am retired now. The last time I spoke with someone at Kioti , I was told I was on my own & they wouldn't cover this and they refused to help me or even talk @ it & didn't want to hear from me anymore. I still have a leak on the tractor and called them , but have not been called me back. I understand this is made outside of the US , but was not aware of this at the time , but it is being sold in the US. I would like to tell ANYONE looking for a new tractor , PLEASE AVOID Kioti. Spend a little more and you will be ************ will cost you less in the long run. Thinking @ renting some land in front of their business and park this POS tractor out front with a big LEMON sign on it and a billboard with my phone # to explain. PLEASE HELP ME!!

    I am rejecting this response because: ************ instructed me to contact The Tractor Place in ********** and ask them for help. I did not buy this tractor from them. The dealership I purchased it has gone out of business as the last reparing dealership I had work on it has gone out of business. I guess this should have told me something.  I asked her to contact them for me , but she refused and said I would have to contact them myself. I told her I didn't think it was my responsibility to do that as I didn't purchase it from them and didn't want a large bill from them just to diagnosis it. This is a manufacture defect that I think they should take responsibility for. I don't have any way to take it to the tractor place and don't want to be stuck with a large bill for transport and diagnosis. This is unacceptable!

    Long story short, we bought a brand new tractor back in 2019. this tractor has broken 6-7 times. it only has 650 hours on it. the dealer ( ********* truck and tractor) has done everything they can for me. i have a farm, without a tractor we cant feed the animals and service the farm. the dealer said i will have to take it up with kioti because its a corporate's problem. i have called and emailed and spoke to a customer representive named **** that will not help me, will not put me in contact with a manger or supervisor. told me there is nothing they can do and tough luck. i spent almost ****** dollars there. tractors are not supposed to break every 100 hours this thing is a lemon. all i want is a different tractor ( a reliable one that doesnt break). every time this tractor breaks its weeks if not months to repair. kioti should be responsible for giving me a working tractor while mine is being repaired ( on warrantey work ) since im a fully operational farm. tractors are not supposed to break 7 times with 650 hours over a 4 year period. this is a defective tractor. the worst part is they are avoiding me. kioti tractor has ignored all phone calls, voice mails, and emails. i haven't spoke to anyone of any representation of Kioti tractor. please help. i want a relaible tractor and i want a rental when it breaks.

    Almost 2 years ago I ordered a windshield for my tractor cab. They send the wrong unit with in a few months. It was returned and the correct one ordered. I have been into my local dealer ** theyhave been contacting kioti multiple times and different personal. I have all customer service 3 times in the last 2 days, no response. I would appreciate any help you can do.

    I purchased a new Kioti rx7320 power shuttle cab tractor in 2021. It is currently still covered under warranty. Four months ago it would not start. I took it to the local dealership that services them. Since then they have replaced everything Kioti recommended and then some. The dealership requested Kioti send a technician out because the tractor will not start and they have no idea what is wrong if it has had all items replaced, and no codes are thrown yet won’t start. Kioti has refused to send a technician. The dealer encouraged me to call myself and ask for an extension on my warranty and for them to send out their technician to help the dealership figure out how to fix it. I have made multiple attempts by phone and email. The only correspondence received back was one email that stated to contact my dealer, and that they would only send out a tech if they deem necessary. I responded back explaining again and then have made several other attempts to reach someone. They have cut off all communication. I feel like they are trying to wait out my warranty so that they don’t have to deal with it. If they manufactured a lemon then they need to help remedy it. They refuse to stand by their product and send help to fix it. Four months for a new tractor to be in the shop is life altering and financially devastating as it was a required price of equipment to keep my livestock fed and my farm operational. They have put an unnecessary financial burden on me and my farm that I may not be able to recover.
