      I set up automatic payments with them so that my bill would always be paid on time. In January, they helped me set up automatic withdrawal from my external bank account to pay directly to the loan. I also asked for them to remove all other automatic payments. In February, they **** FOUR times from my external bank account, one to my loan and the other three ended up in my Truliant checking account. I resolved this in their branch and they returned three of the payments to me and removed the auto withdrawals to the checking account. I went to my external bank to deposit the money back into the account and to make sure that they also canceled any extra auto-withdrawals to Truliant except for the one towards the auto loan. The next payment in March didnt process, so I called again and they said that since my account was overdrawn in February, my account was blocked. They said they removed the block and that automatic payments would continue but I had to pay the one that one manually. So, I tried for seven days straight to pay manually. I became frustrated and got busy with life and forgot to call back. In April, my automatic payment, once again, did not process because of the block. Now, they are putting my Truliant account in the negative. I emailed them through their support on the website and didnt receive any help. I called again on April 11 and was told that the block would be removed and that I could get some help from their support team to fix all of these issues. They never called me back. I sent ANOTHER email, this time I was extremely frustrated and they finally removed the block on the account. But I just recently noticed that my credit score has dropped 99 points since these issues started 4 months ago when all I wanted was for my payments to come out automatically so that I WOULDN'T be late. I just paid for the two vehicle payments to get my checking account back to zero and they charged me for TWO more extra payments, over drafting my account again.

      I demand that you review your records for my credit file due to your company using unfair credit reporting methods. I requested copies of my contract with this collection agency but got no response. I never had any business with your company TRULANT FEDERAL CU nor gave my written consent. This company is NOT LICENSED to collect in my state. This company is in violation of not just my privacy rights as a consumer but multiple federal laws including FCCPA, FCRA and FDCPA. As per FTC guidelines reporting this account on my consumer credit report is a collection activity. Therefore, you are in violation under 18 U.S. Code 894 - Collection of extensions of credit Under (a)Whoever knowingly participates in any way, or conspires to do so, in the use of any extortionate means (1)to collect or attempt to collect any extension of credit, or (2)to punish any person for the nonrepayment thereof, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. Your continued derogatory reporting of this account on my ********************** report is a form of punishment and hurting my chances of purchasing a home for my family. ***** and desist, delete this account immediately.

      On February 28th, I used Truliant 's online banking to mobile deposit a check.I hit upload and submit, and it told me not to submit it again.HOURS go by, and this check NEVER showed up as pending in my account.I get off work, and drive to Truliant. I give the check to the teller in the drive through, and told him exactly what I typed above.He asks me to wait while he pulls up my account. He then tells me "I am sorry, I don't know what went wrong and why your mobile deposit didn't go through." Even the bank teller didn't see this deposit He asks me if I would like to deposit the check and do the withdrawal you see in the attached photo. I give consent, complete the transaction and leave Truliant.This morning I pull up my checking account, AND TO MY HORROR, the mobile deposit actually did go through. So now people on autopay on my account are debiting the extra money away, even after I emailed Truliant AND contacted them via ******** messenger BEGGING them to fix this situation.No one fixed it. I do not have quiet to talk on the phone. Not doing it

      The bank changed my address and phone number without my knowledge. I was changed to an address in a different and one that I never had or used. I spoke with them and I am getting the run around as to how this was done. Keep saying they are checking in to it. I spoke with supervisor **** who in turn told me to speak with ********. Who pushed her mute button and was not responding to me stating she was responding and doing something else but her button was on mute. Perhaps if you were a person that gave their undivided attention things like this won't happen Ms. ********* Also asked ******** for the regional manager's number and she refused to give it to me. How the h*** do you go into a person's account and put a random address and phone number without their knowledge or approval????? I found out through cash app!!!! SMDH. THEN THEY WON'T GIVE YOU ANY ANSWERS AS TO WHY THEY COMPROMISED YOUR ACCOUNT. Please tell me where they do that at???

      We have a construction to permanent loan with Truliant for our new house. During the construction phase, we pay only on the interest. Once the construction phase is complete, the loan moves into the permanent phase at while point we pay principal and interest like a normal mortgage. Once the construction of our home was completed we received a letter from Truliant with our account number and loan number and note indicating that our first payment would be 7/1/2024.A few days later I received a phone call from the Truliant Mortgage ************** stating that my first payment would be due on April 1, 2024. They need to honor the date on the letter.

      On 11/9/23, I received a bank statement from Truliant Federal Credit Union stating that I took out a $15,000 loan and made $10,000 in withdrawals during the month of October 2023. However, I have never done business with Truliant and these transactions were fraudulent. On 11/9/23, I visited the Truliant branch on *******, ********* **, and advised them of the fraud. (At the branch, the banker informed me that someone had used a fake ID and my actual social security number to set up an account and take out the loan. The banker admitted that the birthday and the photograph on the fake ID were incorrect; apparently, Truliant had not investigated the validity of the **** On 11/10/23 I notified Truliant of the fraud by certified letter (attached). On 11/13/23, I made a police report in *********, ** for the identity theft (attached). On 11/20/23, I received a vague email from Truliant (attached) stating that they will not be holding me accountable. HOWEVER, since then I have continued to receive monthly statements from Truliant claiming that I owe them nearly $15,000 (see 1/31/24 statement, attached), and then, I received a 2/5/24 letter from Truliant Collections (attached) threatening "appropriate actions to collect the debt". After visiting the branch again and having calls with various Truliant representatives, nobody at Truliant will assure me that the monthly statements will stop and that the Truliant ********************** will stop harassing me.

      I am a new customer and signed up for the overdraft. I overdrafted ** account under the impression that it would only be one overdraft fee. I checked my account the night before I got paid and there was only one $28 fee included with the amount I had overdrawn. The next morning I checked to see if my check had posted and see that $196 total came out. I spoke with 4 representative to see if it could be waived as a courtesy bc it was an honest mistake. I would not have made all of those purchases. I would have simply taken out $500 and paid one $28 fee. I pleaded with them to waive them as a courtesy and no one would help. My lights are about to get cut off bc I do not have all of the money now. Can someone please assist with refunding them as a courtesy.

      I challenged a charge from Total Wireless by ******* as they kept moving up the automatic charge date every several months. It started out on the 10th when it was another company, and then it became Total Wireless by ******* (not ******* owned), and they slowed down my data when it was only at 1% of usage. I decided it was time to change. I began the porting process, and that is when Total Wireless moved up the charge date. I disputed the charge with a detailed complaint filed with Truliant. Truliant claimed they investigated it with ***** They came back today via email and sided with this corrupt company. I've had multiple problems with Truliant. There are too many, and I've only been with them for just over two years. They have a lot of bad apples that tend to do whatever they choose to do and not determine what is right for the customer.

      On 2/6/24 at about noon I checked my account ending in 3031 and Truliants app showed that I had roughly $10 in my account and there were no pending transactions. At about 3:00pm on the same day, I made a purchase of roughly $8.00 using my debit card ending in 0287, which is associated with account 3031. At about 4pm on the same day, my account ending in 3031 showed a negative balance of $6.80, the roughly $8.00 purchase causing an overdraft. I called and spoke to a supervisor so that the fees could be reversed as this was not my fault. She said that eventhough the transactions came in within 2 hours of me checking my account and seeing a positive balance that it was still my fault for overdrafting my account

      I disputed off my credit they did not take it off. I reached out and asked for contract or written documents, never respond. I was a victim of fraud. My credit was used for a lot of things, and this is one of them.
