    I purchased 2 bonus packs of Hanes Women’s underwear (same style but a different type I.e hipster and briefs) from Walmart. Unfortunately, all but 2 of the underwear have unraveled from the elastic band and have holes in them. At first, I thought i just got a bad pack so I threw a couple of pairs away. Unbeknownst to me, this wasn’t the case at all. I’m a loyal Hanes customer and have never had any problems with the under garments so I was shocked this happened. I have tried to get in touch with Hanes by phone several times with no luck. I spent too much money for me not to be able to use the product. Hanes this is unacceptable that I can’t get in contact with anyone from your company regarding this issue.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I received on the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I accept it. Hanes emailed me on Saturday September 2, 2022 to request additional information regarding my complaint. Once I submit the requested information, I will be refunded my money and Hanes will replace the defective products. I’m satisfied with the way Hanes is handing my complaint.  Thank you BBB for all of your help regarding this matter.

    I ordered some clothes and sneakers for my son and requested 2nd day Air for an additional fee. Not only is the package gonna arrive late but I found out at the last minute that the sneakers I ordered was canceled. They hadn't even started to refund my money for the shoes at all. And if I hadn't have called about the package I wouldn't even have known. The website is obviously not real-time because it showed the shoes and his size available but 2 days later they don't have anymore. I will never order from them again

    Thank you for letting us know about the problems with service and late delivery of Hanes.com order ********** in Better Business Bureau Complaint ID:********.  We have sent an email to apologize.  We show that the order was delivered in three shipments with one delivery on 7/18/22 and two deliveries on 7/19/22.  We have issued a $84.90 refund for shipping and 30% off the order to make the requested billing adjustment and offered a complimentary item to make amends for the service problems.  Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist with this Better Business Bureau complaint.

    I ordered three bras online from Maidenform, which is also owned by Hanes. Your system did not list Maidenform as an option but listed L'Eggs at this address, which is also owned by Hanes. The bras did not fit. I was not able to download a packing label for free return shipping, as the website states. I called numerous times and could not get in touch with anyone. I sent the bras back two weeks ago and still have not had my bank account credited.

    It has been 3 weeks since Hanes got the return package.mo refund. Order # **********..last name *******. Hanes customer service phonemumers not working due to system updates. They use Get Human service and thar is online chat and they charge $46 a year to talk to Hanes I am not using that to get myregund.

    I placed 2 orders at justmysize.com (which is now owned by OneHanesPlace). The first order, # ********** was placed on 4/14/22 for 5 items totaling 132.78. The second one #********** was placed 4/21/22 for 3 items totaling $78.43. All but one of them fit so I returned the other 7 items. I sent them back in two separate packages with printed return labels from the company website, per the website instructions (I have postal receipts from the post office for these). I received 2 e-mail messages, one on 5/16/22 and one on 5/19/22 from the company stating the items have been received and it would take up to 10 business days for the refund to show up on my credit card. It has been well past 10 business days and still no refund. Both of the customer service phone #'s listed on the website give a recording saying the phones are not working. On the website, and on the recording when I called, it said we can "chat" anytime, but there is no chat option anywhere on their website. I sent an email 6/4/22 to [email protected] inquiring about the refunds. No response. I would like to know what's going on and when I can expect to see the refund. The 2 email messages stating the merchandise was received shows that I am due $99.20 and $72.96. Please help me retrieve my money. Thank you.

    I did an online purchase of underware from maidenform.com May 23, 2022. The total on the confirmation came to $48.52. On June 1st maidenform removed $48.52 two times from my account. I attempted to call customer service and received a recording that they can't take calls then call disconnected. I attempted to find an email to customer service and cannot find that either. I would like a credit back to my account in the amount of the over charge which is $48.52.
