Worst costumer service ever. Service staff and managers are very unprofessional and unreliable. Don’t honor their customer opinions. All staff is undertrained in communication. I would never buy from this place again. Worst place ever. The staff has no clue on customer service or care. I have never seen such confusion and lack of knowledge on issues Bottom line this place is the worst place to buy a vehicle in Lincoln NE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. BEWARE OF STAFF ATTITUDE AND LIES. TO THE POINT THAT SAFF WILL HANG UP ON YOU. THIS PLACE SOULD BE OUT IF BUSINESS. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Owners response Owner comments on ever review and bashes all the complaints and uses excuses that are completely false. Chris, your review is to be expected. You illegally modified your vehicle which unfortunately disqualifies your vehicle for warranty service for your issue. If the vehicle was not modified it would work as intended. It is unfortunate that you take this online but it is consistent with all of your past behavior towards our people and business. You have taken advantage of us for the last time. Our best wishes to you on your endeavor to find a business more suitable to your needs Window tint is not illegal.

If I could give zero stars I would. We bought a brand new Platinum Expedition. Less than 4k miles and I already had to take it in to get it fixed for a defective running board. Which their tech blamed on dirt. Seriously?! So I asked if I needed to worry about this happening again, and his smart-ass answer as well if you keep driving on that road. He claims they cleaned it and problem should be solved. 24 hours later the problem returned. Their service manager, Curt called and he said they could try and seal it to prevent dirt getting in. (this is a full sized SUV and the "dirt" affects only one side? and again, on a brand new vehicle. Why wasn't it already sealed??) so what happens if it doesn't work. His response was basically...well, what do you want me to do? So here's a massive defect on their running board and it becomes MY problem for buying from this horrible place apparently. Filed formal complaint with FORD, who had amazing customer service on their end and the Ford Corp rep shockingly couldn't event get this local dealer to answer his call at 3pm on a Friday. This is our second expedition and I had issues previously with this service dept. They wanted me to spend over $1200 for a problem that I did get a 2nd opinion on. That 2nd opinion said it was not even that problem and their service tech put on a wrong part. Would never encourage anyone to buy a car here without doing a lot of research into what you are buying because buyer beware if you need their service dept

CAUTION. Do not bring your car here. They did body work and caused permanent damage. Shop manager told me a part couldn't be adjusted but happily charged me for his crew trying and making it worse. Not even the alignment I supposedly got worked. Negative stars they ruined a darn near perfect body.

Mike, body shop manager Kurt has reached out several times trying to get you rescheduled to come in to get the items fixed on your vehicle. When Kurt delivered the vehicle to you and you were unhappy we agreed to fix the rear bumper and several other items that you pointed out. You continued to point out issues with your vehicle that we did not touch, the vehicle has had prior repair work as it is a salvage title and we tried to explain that to you and show you areas where the vehicle had had prior repair work. You complained about numerous item that were totally unrelated to the repair we did on the back bumper, but in an effort to try and make you happy we agreed to fix and look at a few of the things you mentioned. We have reached out to you numerous times to try and schedule you for the items you want fixed, but you refuse to take our calls or let us schedule you. We want to work with you and make you happy, but you have to call us back and bring the vehicle back so we can fix the items you want fixed.

I would like to submit my phone's call log as evidence. I have NEVER avoided your calls. When did you call? Also as I stated before; from the damage to my car you're shop is unqualified to do body work so offering to work on it would be pointless as they may damage it more. I have the invoice stating you worked on the front. It's worse now. I have recent pictures proving this. Nice job on trying to discredit me by lying about avoided calls (thank you for putting that in print), saying my car was salvaged (and it was) but all the numerous problems I kept finding were from the area you worked on (Morrow Auto pointed out the fender was not re-installed correctly misaligning the whole back and pointed out mis-match color too. You completely removed the back so all the work is yours and you're trying to say it's because of salvage title. Thanks for your reply, it should help solidify my point that no one should bring their car here. Also I am still waiting for you to send insurance info so I can claim the damage. I never asked for more than my car to be back to the way it was before Anderson got it.
