              In the listing is said it was a 2016 Wilson hopper bottom I purchased it and found out it was actually a 1987, not very impressed. Called the auction lot and they said oops sorry must of been a mistake nothing we can do

              I bid on things and was high bidder but didn't win them so not sure how that works but oh well. I so know of someone that didn't big on an item and won something and he went and picked it up and was told a totally different amount then what they told him when he called.

              Easy bidding ,sometimes the bid button doesn't keep up with the small changes so you can't bid. example the bid will be 2000 in the button and the auctioneer is asking 1750 but the button still says 2000 by the time it changes to 1750 someone else bids, and you miss out and are forced to bid higher. But otherwise it works and I've won many auctions. Now fr8star is another story. Higher prices due to brokers fees, drivers make nothing. I paid 560 to ship and the driver got 200.

              The Lee Valley Auction site kept freezing up on all three rings as well as the equipmentfacts.com website. It was very frustrating when trying to bid or look at other lots. Invoice sent out in a timely manner. Auction moved fast considering the number of lots being suctioned.

              I missed on a deal when it would not accept my bid. This can be quite costly of time and money. The online experience needs to be improved for sure. On one of the auctions, it was not even clear if I was the winning bidder or not.

              After i bid on item and got it i never got any confirmation that i did actually get the item until i got an invoice from Lee Valley this morning. I also was never able to get notifications for when items in my watch list were selling so i missed several items.

              Please for the love of god fix your search. If I happen to like Bobcat branded stuff and type in Bobcat, everything with Bobcat in the title should come up. You ruined the functionality of your website with the "update" which made it impossible to find what I need.

              I made purchase & had choice of 2. I did not know how to look at each one to see if one was better than the other. I just chose. Helpfull directions at a crunch would be helpful. I am happy with my purchase
