    The bidding on the item was great BUT the item i received the picture's were not accurate. The seller should not be allowed to sell things on the auction because i didn't expect i was buying build you own skid steerer. Next time i buy from an auction i will be sure to there and will know exactly what i am bidding on. When my delivery company went to the location to pick up the item they said it was a piece meal shop and they were piecing together other skid steerers and painting them to sale.

    Some of my bids were countered after winning the bid. There should be a minimum placed on the items prior to bidding to prevent these issues. I would have bided on other items if I knew what I bided on would not have been accepted. Besides that, the process was great.

    Didn't like that you took my items off my watch list after the item sold would like to know how much the item sold for just for future betting.

    Everything went fine for me while looking at equipment, bidding on different items, and finally purchasing items. I deal with them mostly through email and the turnaround time is very quick and accurate. I am very pleased with Equipment facts and I don't see any changes as far as I'm aware of.

    What has happened to this site? When several lots are up for bid and you are not the winning bidder it no longer gives you an option to bid on the other lots! I lost a bid because of this! The lot that I did win, it did not show me as that I had won the bid the, it did let me select the lot because there were multiple lots. When I went to go pick up the lot the auction would not let me because they did not have an invoice from equipment facts. They called EF and was that they would send it in a few minutes, 2 hours later I left! This cost me because I am over an hour away and I will have to take off work to go get the lot now! Not sure I will use Equipment Facts again!

    Need more complete information on items for auction. I.E. sizes of avels on trailers, hours on motorized equipment, etc.

    First time bidder. Website connection to the bidding floor was instantaneous. I won bids with a second to spare. Great experience. Comment: 1. During the auction, there should be a button where i can see my wins. The INVOICE button is blank after i win. 2. The auctioneer should immediately push an email to me with ALL the instructions on how to pay and pickup. These instructions are hidden in Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot3 on the site. 3. Need an idiot proof method of submitting my invoice to shippers for bids. OVERALL, I PURCHASED NEEDED EQUIP NOT EASILY AVAIL AT LOCAL STORE. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

    Site was very slow, took over an hour to get logged into account. Wasn’t able to bid on several items because of the time it took to load, that bid was closed.

    The website should so a green check box or light up green when you are the highest bidder. It was confusing to know if I was the highest bidder because it stayed red.. The auctioneer was going so fast that you didn't have time to think and wasn't letting the slow speed of the connection catch up. I would suggest doing it like Ritchie Brothers does their site, much easier to understand and follow along.
