    The staff were very helpful in updating my email to solve the issue I was having with getting approved to bid. The bidding process was very easy. Very happy with this experience!

    Not good lost my bid button while bidding on a item I was the winning bidder and then lost the bid button so very disappointed

    I bought an item after I figured out how to bid. Can't bid fast enough. Bid was 100 every time. Took time to try and change it. Other than that it was good

    I’ve bought several items through equipment facts and always been a good experience. Auctioneers have always been accommodating to payment and pickup of items.

    Equipment Facts was slow and on behind. Till the next item was updated sometimes it was half sold. also the auctioneer was accepting bids for lower than what was on the bid button and sometimes the item sold and EF was still higher than the auctioneer.

    It went alright … I would have liked to been able to attend the auction but it was 2 and a half hours away from home so this was my best choice.. but I would have liked to save the 1000 dollar fee.?? thanks for your service … the sound was very poor I had a hard time to understand anything he said…
