    Things went ok but the web site said 5% buyers premium and the Stateline Auction Co. site charged me 12%, quite a difference. The buyers premiums make a person not want to bid at any auctions anymore. Plus all the other charges for credit cards wire transfers ETC really add up. It's a real turnoff. Luckily my item was only 1200 dollars or it might have been quite ugly. Be careful of those extra charges, Be aware that different states have different sales tax rules and rates too.

    bidding was easy, but i probably won't frequent any more of lopatofsky's auctions due to there buyers premium, and as they are somewhat local, I have heard quite a few complaints from other people

    The best for my money and my business 9 of the 10 times I'm interested in buying a truck or any another item, I always have a winner bet , it being so easy for me. Thank you Equipmentfacts. Highly recommend ??

    Equipment facts was slow, they were behind the auctioneer and the other web site that was handling the auction. I placed a bid $10,000 less than what I was charged because equipment facts was that slow, and behind the other website, and bids were going up $1,000 at a time. Our bid was not acknowledged on equipment facts and we did not know of the sale until we received our invoice. Got the normal response from equipment facts, but they were of no help. They thought we had an issue with our computer or connection. Too bad just pay up. Oh, and don't forget to pay our premium also.

    Worst auction site I ever dealt with? I was winning bidder on a Cat 313 excavator at $78500? They called me 7 hours after I had won the machine that had no Reserve on it and told they couldn’t sell it to me at that price and I needed to come up with 95000$ and it could be mine??? But they were willing to help with shipping costs??? Never again would I deal with equipment facts and hopefully this don’t happen to the next buyer that is trying to make a living??

    I have had only positive experiences with Equipment Facts, you do have to bid quickly on some online auctions but that is not surprising as auctions move fast to get through all the sales. It is great to have access to all the equipment for sale around the country!

    Went very well… I’m disabled and unable to attend auctions in person so I’m very pleased when an auction comes up that allows me to watch an auction and bid on items. Thank you for offering this.
