On May 19th, 2024 I purchased an above ground pool on *******.com. It was delivered on May 23rd, 2024. We setup the pool and during the process of filling it with water the top rail split. The pool was maybe 40 percent filled. We contacted the third party seller on May 28, 2023 who sold and shipped the pool Spreetail, LLC to tell them what happened and get replacement parts. They told us they had the parts we needed and would ship them within 1-3 days and we would receive a confirmation e-mail next day on May29th. None of that happened! We called them back May 30th, 2024 ask about why we didn’t get the confirmation email and they told us they didn’t have the parts to the pool but could either give us a partial refund or send another pool after we sent this one back. I also found one the website this pool came from are used not new as we were told. I personally find this unacceptable that we can’t get a full refund on the pool.Business Response

I ordered an above ground pool from this company through W****rt twice now. Both times, the item was shipped via F***x. Interestingly, both times the item was "lost" a day after they "received" the item. After the first one was determined lost by Walmart, I spent hours on the phone trying to get them to re-ship the item for the same price (price increased by aprox. $70 within a week). I was expecting this for Memorial Day weekend, now I'm not sure if it is ever coming.Business Response

Ordered a hottub April 17,2024 for my fighting cancer vigorously prize. Right away issues with it. Requested a replacement which was sent. Got the new one, and while waiting for it to be delivered we were able to troubleshoot the issues. Sent back the new one may 10th 2024. 13 days before the deadline. It was received by the company sending back to on May 14, 2024. Woke up to charges on account for the full amount of the new hot tub on May 30 2024. Ridiculous! So now spreetail has left me with the choice to pay rent or get my chemo meds to save my life.Business Response

Purchased an above ground pool thru *******com via Spreetail. Pool arrived and was never opened for some time as I had surgery and could not lift anything for several months. When I did open it a few days ago it was clearly a used product. The Liner had mud on the bottom & looked as if it had been cut up with scissors or a razor knife (was in 3 pieces), ladder was I broken, filter and pump were not included in the box, and other pieces missing, no instructions. Total trash ! I called ******, they referred me to Spreetail via email and they would not even hear anything I had to say stating it was past the 30 day warranty. I cant even believe a company would send a product like this to a customer. I realize it's not their fault I had surgery and was unable to open the box w/in the 30 day window but this is way out of line sending me something like this, someone else's trash. I believe this was a return by a previous customer, placed on a shelf w/out inspection and then re-mailed to the next customer, "me" as a new item. Shame on Them, & Now shame on me for being ripped off. I believe they own me a NEW replacement pool !Business Response

I ordered a sand filter and pump for my pool. It arrived and it was the wrong model, it had been used and abused, the power cord was cut and respliced together, fittings were crushed and didn't work. Contacted Spreetrail and they said I had to return everything to them and they would refund 53.00 of my 268.25! They are a scam operation! I should get a 100 percent refund and they say no! I have sent photos of cut cord, abuse to pump, dirt fittings crushed.Business Response

Didn't receive items listed in the item description, under "included components". Reached out to seller, and they said they would send the missing items to me. Instead, I received the same order, not the missing items. The seller sent a message after I reached out to them, and they confirmed they'd send the missing items, and said: "There is an error in the listing and features were incorrectly stated. Because of this we won't be capable of sending an item matching the description you saw. Additionally, if we attempted to exchange or replace this item, an identical incorrect item would be shipped." I didn't request a replacement item, which they sent. I requested the missing listed components, and they confirmed they'd send. Reached out to manufacturer, and Intex stated they include these parts to all of their retailers.Business Response

Purchased a desk in late December. When going to put it together, it was damaged and missing parts (and had extra parts for another piece of furniture). I contacted Spree and they offered a refund of $40 to keep it. I wanted to return it and they said they would bail me a fully paid return label (they could only provide a png file which i wasn't able to open and they weren't able to provide a label in jpg or pdf format). I waited the 10 days and never received the label). Now they said I could keep it, however, they provided me with a RMA # (for a MATTRESS, not a DESK) and said once I donate it and have the organization sign on the donation showing the RMA#, they would refund me. I told them I'd be happy to donate it but it may be to an individual. It's way too heavy for me to haul down several floors and I'm not hassling with finding an organization that will pick it up. Order ID ******************* I bought a kids couch online from Spreetail CA. It was a gift for my daughters kid. She told me they already purchased one and di not need it. I tried to return it and they offer me 10% to keep it. I requested a return and they said they would credit me once the item is returned. I had to ask them again for instructions and a prepaid shipping label. The finally sent me the shipping label, but it was not prepaid. Their web site says FREE RETURNS. I asked them three times for a PREPAID return label and they just ignore me. I have complained on Amazon against the seller, and plan on filing a small claims lawsuit for fraud against Spreetail CA. Buyer beware with these guys, they don't stand behind their products or promises.Business Response
