These low life’s are a rip off. Price gouged on tickets at 3x face value plus crazy fees. Tickets not available until 2 days before show is BS especially when buy months in advance. Called their customer service which is no service at all. Stay away and block their site so no one gets confused from real box offices.Box Office Ticket Sales

Box Office Ticket Sales has transparent pricing. All fees including the price of tickets, service fees, delivery fees and any applicable taxes are clearly itemized at checkout and must be agreed to by all customers including this one before authorizing their purchase online. The time to question these fees was before completing the checkout process and not afterwards. Biggest scam going! We thought we had purchased from the grand ole opry ticket box office but turned out to be these scammers!!! There was severe weather and flooding in Nashville so, since we are in Alabama, we were advised to cancel our trip. We spent the next 3 hrs being transferred from one business to another and no one could tell us who sold us the inflated tickets!!! Box Office Ticket Sales is a resale marketplace. All customers including this one agree to and know the terms and conditions of their purchase and that is that all sales are final. Our customer spoke with one of our amazing services agents on Thursday, they were not given any runaround as they've indicated and they were advised last Thursday that they would not get a refund unless the event was cancelled due to the weather. This business is a scam. They charged me 5x the price from the box office, plus service fees. I called within 10 minutes to get a refund and they stated it was not their policy to give refunds. This is not “buyers remorse,” this is an attempt to warn fellow consumers about a business which takes advantage of people’s ignorance. So my wife got excited and ordered tickets thru this site without doing a little research. After me looking into the site (after seeing our tickets wouldn’t be available until the day before the show) I have been in full panic mode for the past 2 1/2 hours because of other people’s reviews. As I’m reading how to cancel my order my wife receives an email our tickets were sent to her email. Yes she paid a little bit more than other sites but not wayyyy more. Do Not Use this company. They have a 200% markup on ticket sales. Bought 2 tickets for Hamilton. Grossly overcharged and refuse to take my calls. I tried to contact them to discuss the mark-up and they blocked my number. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CALL THE VENUE INSTEADBox Office Ticket Sales

I am the conductor of a women's ensemble. The chairperson of our "fun development" committee purchased tickets for us to see Moulin Rouge in DeVos Hall in Grand Rapids on Friday, Jan. 31, 2025. I had asked her to order through the Broadway Grand Rapids Group Tickets phone number I had emailed to her, but somehow she ordered through these scammers by accident. She purchased 13 for a total of $1,311.39, when we could have gotten them for a total of $403 through the correct ticket agency. Box Office Ticket Sales needs to cancel our tickets and refund our money. We have both tried contacting them many times, but they say they have no record of our order. Each time we try to contact them we are on hold for at least 10 - 30 minutes or more. Refund us our money please!Box Office Ticket Sales

Box Office Ticket Sales is a leading resale provider of event tickets. Our customer who is not the individual that wrote this review had multiple interactions with our sales team. Each and every time we were crystal clear we were not the venue and that they were purchasing tickets from a resale third party marketplace. Furthermore, every customer including the one that completed this purchase must agree to an itemization of all costs and terms and conditions associated with purchasing from a resale marketplace. We are unclear as to why the customer or their friend is demonstrating any confusion however the tickets have been transferred already and we can see that the customer who made the purchase has already shared them out. Called at 11:04 am today to purchase 4 tickets to the Nutcracker at the Koger Center locally. I have a handicapped niece that also needed accommodations. A man helped me, sent me a text, e-mail, and charged me $237. Called at least three times as I had no tickets. Got hung up on, left on hold. One hour before the venue, I called and was very blunt about what I expected. Was told “we will send them as soon as the venue releases them.” Minutes later my phone rings and they tell me they cannot fulfill my order. Said I would get a refund. What????? I called the Koger Center and they stated I used a third party to obtain my tickets. Stated they had plenty of tickets, just to come on then. I paid…..wait for it….$47 for four tickets that I paid $237 for earlier that day!!! I am not done yet with this company. Total inconvenience, overcharge, and no product to show for it. I’ve emailed to speak to a manager. When I asked the girl on the phone for one she said they didn’t have one. Then hung up on me. I have my email to prove and a text as well.Box Office Ticket Sales

Immediately upon finding this out we voided our customers transaction and notified them of this. While it wasn't their ideal solution, it was the only solution and no matter how many times the customer requested to speak to a manager that would not have changed the result. 1 starI was on the venue’s website wanting to purchase tickets to a concert they were having, expecting to be buying directly from venue & receiving tickets via email or text, I did not see until after transaction was complete that the price changed, there was no seat numbers & their was a shipping & handling. So I looked further into it and discovered that it was NOT the venue I intended to buy from! I immediately called the number not even 20 mins after transaction & was told I would get a refund, then I got an email saying refund was approved but was only refunded 21.00! I read that so many people never received tickets, or wrong seating area, or tickets didn’t even scan so I called the venue and they HAVE NO RECORD OF ME OR ANY TICKETS FOR ME! I will be writing to attorney general & also FTC. If I do not get refunded then I will be filing a lawsuit. If you were scammed out of more than 1,000 in some states that is a FELONY! So if anyone wants to file a class action lawsuit please, let’s get one started!Review fromJohn U

5 starsWas a bit worried reading the reviews. However, we had a good experience with customer support. They walked us through ticket recovery as we are ludites and not savvy with electronic ticket recovery. It was pretty simple and had no issues. I would use then again.
