      I purchased the Oxford loveseat and sofa back in 2022 with the extended warranty. This process has been a nightmare as well as these furniture items alone. The love seat is already broken and leans when you recline and the supports of the recliner broke within a month of having them. The LED strips have came off the railing of the love seat. The sofa drop down table is broken and has never worked correctly since the day of purchase, the LED strips have came off, the sofa leans when you recline as if there is broken wood or something inside, the electrical on the whole sofa has stopped working all together and it no longer reclines, the stitching has come un done on the sofa. These are the worst couches I have ever owned or purchased. The couches I purchased at Big Lots lasted longer than these. I just want them fixed as I have not even owned them for 2 years and already have so many issues. The warranty process is a joke and you have to jump through hoops and they have been no help. I spent $4,000 on these couches and should not be having these types of issues.

      Purchased baby furniture in May 2024 was told would be available for pickup in the middle of July 2024, right before our baby is due, which was perfect. Now it says not available for pickup until August 2024. They need to be honest and up front about items they say are not in stock and the likelihood that the item wont be available even at the estimated time. We purchased baby furniture from them with our first child and had the same thing happen where we ended up waiting 6 months over the estimated arrival date. If they would have been up front about this we would have purchased a different baby set that was actually in stock. This seems to be a recurring theme with their out of stock items. I called the store to pick up the floor item and they said no because it was a high demand item. So just FYI there's no telling how far back in the line you will be waiting for an out of stock item.

We understand how time sensitive baby furniture can be. Our Sales team provides the most accurate estimates available at the time of sale, however, the estimated arrival dates may change due to manufacturer supply chains, production, and transportation schedules.  We want you to receive your purchase as soon as possible and managed to secure the floor model for the hutch/bookcase for you. The remaining order for full size rails is neither on display nor in stock yet but is estimated to arrive in early August which we hope to get to you sooner. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to help and we hope to see you and your family again soon!
