      We order new furniture on 1-23-22. We were told the lead time at the day of purchase was 8-10 weeks. It is now June 7th and yet again for the 4th time, we are being told our furniture will not arrive until July 9th. This is the 4th time the delivery date has been postponed. They already took our money for these items and at this time, we have no resolution to when and IF we will ever receive these items.

We understand that the additional wait can be frustrating, and we would be happy to help get this resolved. We have reached out to the vendor, who provided us with container shipping information. We are currently waiting for a response from our transportation team to see if they can give us more details on the whereabouts of your recliners. We do show that the sofa was split off this order, and is currently set for delivery on 07/11/22. If you would like it sooner please let us know! Lastly, we have been advised you were offered a $*** courtesy letter for the inconvenience. We will continue to monitor your order, and as soon as we hear back from our transportation team we will provide you an updated email. If we can help with anything further please feel free to let us know!

      I purchased a Bed Frame and Mattress from Nebraska Furniture Mart. I financed it through **************. It has been a few months since Nebraska delivered my furniture. The other day I tried to move my bed a few inches and the frame fell apart. I am mediately called Nebraska Furniture Mart to let them know the issue I also informed them that whoever put the bed together did not fasten the screws tight enough, they informed me that I would need to speak to **************. After being transferred to ************** I was transferred back to Nebraska Furniture Mart. Nebraska Furniture Mart said they would send me out a pack of longer screws to fasten the bedframe back together. I was not given an option to replace the frame. I received a letter in the mail a week later telling me they did not have the screws in stock. Yesterday I said on the end of my bed and the frame fell apart. Now I am sleeping on a Tilt. I spent over $**** with Nebraska Furniture Mart I would like to get this resolved.

Please let us know if you would like to continue to wait for the part order in hopes it arrives before the bed, or if you would like to cancel the part order and set up an exchange.
