I was charged $14.95 for the past 3 months for a subscription that I NEVER signed up for. I have checked my online account and there is no information about this subscription or any way to cancel it. The last time I ever bought something from them was 04/11/2023 and I’ve been charged monthly since then!! That’s a total of $269.Business response

Oriental Trading Company has been charging my credit card since April 2023 a membership fee of $14.95 a month without my consent or proof of registration for their *** ******* program. They claim they can only reimburse me for 4 months. I would like a full refund of these membership fees. The outstanding amount left to be reimbursed is $179.40Business response

I have been getting a credit charge from OTC Brands Inc on my credit card for 14.95 per month. This is my second monthly charge. This happened after ordering from Oriental Trading Company. I did not sign up for any subscription but it appears to be a *** *******... which again, I have not agreed to. I would like the charges to be stopped and my money to be refunded.Business response

I made my last order online on Oriental Trade on May of 2023 and on 7/2/2023 I received a refund of $9.17 because the merchandise was not received. And Oriental Trading Fun Rewards has been charging my credit card the amount of $14.95 every month until today June 6/29/2024 that I noticed the charge on my account. I called and they say I enrolled on Fun Rewards and why would I enroll on something I never was going to use and never ever again I placed any orders from this company. Since receiving their merchandise was a problem since May of 2024 I never ever ordered anything from them, but yet they enrolled me on a supposed Fun Rewards. I never received mail about this enrollment neither a phone call. Would you please investigate and assist me in resolving this situation. I called them today and a lady named ******* who had an attitude cancelled the Fun Rewards account that I supposedly had. I appreciate you please investigate this company and my $14.95 charges to my account since then.Business response

Made a purchase of a toy for my niece and I have somehow been charged $16.09 every single month unknowingly for absolutely no service or product. I never enrolled in this service at the time of my purchase and the addition of a subscription service to my one-time purchase is absolutely ridiculous and predatory. We have issued the full refund for the 7 months that were charged. The credits were issued on 07/03/2024 for $104.65 back on your credit card. If you would like to call us at ###-###-####, we can provide the ARNs of the transaction for the credits. ARNs are Acquirer Reference Numbers that you can provide to your bank/CC company to search for the credit transactions.Customer response

On Dec. 9, 2023 I made a purchase under a guest account using my church's childrens bank account. I did not authorize nor receive an email stating I was under a 30 day trial of any kind.
