      I discovered that I had been charged $14.95 every month to my account from “otc brands” which is not a subscription I had signed up for. I’ve purchased from oriental trading, but I didn't sign up for any subscription. These fees need to be refunded to my account. This is a scam and this needs to be investigated and these fees reimbursed to my account. Please reach me via my email on this investigation and results, Regards ***

      I have been charged 14.95 monthly since November of 2023 for a rewards program that I have never used. I did not knowingly sign up for this program as I purchased once from OTC on Oct 18, 2023. I have never received any other emails about “fun rewards” since that time. I should have been notified of a monthly price, or a subscription or of how to access the account to cancel it. I have put in the email address associated with the order but cannot get a password reset email to cancel the subscription. This has scam written all over it. I cannot believe the number of complaints regarding this product. So right now I am unable to cancel this subscription because I cannot access an account. Please help...

      I was continuously charged $14.95 monthly without my consent through Oriental Trading Company for their "Fun Reward" program which I never signed up for. I think I bought something way back from the company but did not sign up for the program. I however was charged monthly for this fee for over 8 months before I realized it today. The number doesn't work to cancel and I had to go through my credit card company and report fraud and cancel my card.

      My credit card now sends me a message when my card has a transaction. This morning it showed a charge to OMAHA ************. Then I noticed another charge a month earlier for the same thing. I did some research and found this is affiliated with Oriental Trading Company. I have only bought one thing from this site and now they are charging me a monthly fee. This was never authorized. Both fees were for $16.31 each.

      I placed a $30 order on 8/28/24 for a one time event on 10/8. Unfortunately I didn't realize until now that they have been charging a monthly fee since September of 2024. I have reached out to Oriental Trading Company via email stating its for their FunReward+ program. In no way shape or form did I agree to join this program for a one time purchase, this is complete fraud. Fraudulent and material misrepresentation, when purchasing from this website.

      i was fraudulently signed up for their subscription service. i called, requested a refund & that to be canceled. they promise & do their whole song & dance that its canceled & ill get my money back. i have now been fighting to get my money back. first it was “issued to my card”, then it was mailed by check (to where??? you didn’t confirm the address & if you ACTUALLY sent it which i doubt it was sent to a wrong address!!!). everytime i ask where my refund is, there’s a new way it was issued that never actually seems to pan out. it’s just lies to keep you off their tails. i want my refund NOW. this company with the subscription is a scam !!!

      Oriental Trading has very questionable business dealings that are not beneficial to the consumer. Orders are being canceled without consent or a clear explanation as to why. Then excessive charges are then applied the card used for purchase. No resolution given or clear communication as to how it can be resolved. I asked for a manager and Im pretty sure I was put on hold just to talk to the same person. No attempts were made to keep me a customer.

      We apologize for the issue with your order. We do show that one of two items on your order were out of stock and the system canceled the order due to that. We do show that an email was sent out on 04/18 letting you know part of the order was out. We understand that is not the experience we want our customers to have and would like to apologize for the item being out of stock and you not receiving your order. We do also show that we contacted your credit card company to remove the authorization from your card.


      We strive for the highest standards of customer satisfaction and regret that you did not get the items you wanted. We would like to offer you a merchandise certificate for $40 that we have sent to your email. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

      Getting charged $14.95 for 11 months without knowledge. Signed up (never once saw anywhere about a charge - we are a Girl Scout troop - we look for things that are free/low cost). Not once was sent an email about billing and pulled finances and that's when we found it. Cancelled the membership and they said they can only go back 6 months! Came here and found MANY others in the same boat and problem. I am trying to recoup a full refund of all 11 months, not just 6!

      After having our financial girl scout service unit treasurer pull all records of our bank statements (she originally gave me them in pieces). I have seen that I made a mistake and the last complaint was in-correct, It was only 11 transactions (not 12) and they have refunded all 11 transactions. I sincerely apologize.

      In reviewing my checking account, I noticed 19 monthly debits of 14.95 each totaling $284.05. I had to search online to find out who "OTC Brands" even was. Neither my wife nor I even signed up for any services from this company or agreed to a monthly debit to our account that provided us no benefit. If there was some fine print on some past purchase, we were not aware of it. I consider this a dishonest business practice.

      Our son wanted to order valentines cards for his class. Ever since then we have been charged 14.95/m. We were unaware which email he signed up to and when we did figure it out, I've noticed that there wasn’t a single billing email/notification before the billing date. I do see it being fraudulent and will take matters higher. Please be aware of this company.
