      I made a purchase from ******** (OTC) in Dec 2021. I just noticed today that OTC has been charging me a recurering fee for a "reward program" that I did not sight up for. I called and they are refunding me 6 months worth of fees. I would also like the fee charged to me in January refunded as I did not sign up for this program. I suspect that when you make a purchase, there is a preselected sign up option that you need to deselect not to be enrolled or some other deceptive practice that enrolls you when you make a purchase. I do not sign up for any reward programs that charge a monthly fee.

      I never dreamed that when I ordered from this company that their Fun Rewards was through a $***** monthly membership. Thank goodness I checked my bank statement and saw this charge. If there was any mention that I had to pay this monthly fee, it had to be in very fine print. I feel like this is a very shady practice and honestly outright fraud. I want this canceled and my money back. I will tell everyone to not purchase anything through this company. Shame on you Oriental Trading!

      Oriental trading company opted me in to their rewards program simply for purchasing an item from them and then started billing my card a re-ocurring fee. would only return six months per " company policy" would like the other three months refunded. This is a total scam and these people should be put out of business for robbing their customers..

      I noticed last week on my bank statement that there had been a withdrawal of $***** coming out of my account as an ACH since November. This charge was happening around the 18th of every month. After some investigation I learned that it was Oriental trading company fun rewards. Apparently in November when I placed an order I was signed up for the program with no agreement on part to do so. If it had been clearly stated of the charge, I would NOT have clicked on anything. I feel like there must have been just a click of a mouse that signed me up for this without any agreement for them to have access to my bank account for this charge. I did call them today and I canceled my membership but I am saddened that it took them charging me six months with me obviously not using the service. I feel taken advantage of and will be skeptical in the future to place any additional orders with oriental trading company.

      I purchased 1 pack of ******* theme party balloons about a month ago. Today this Oriental trading co. Charged my account $*****. I called to dispute and they are saying that I must have accidentally signed up for a membership with them. I did not in any way do so, I have had to cancel my debit card because they are making fraudulent charges on my bank account. I wanted others to be aware of the scam these people are doing after you purchase an item with them.

      ************ I ordered products ************************* in September of 2021. When browsing my bank account in March of 2022, I noticed a strange debit from OTC Fun Rewards for *****. When I ******* the company, I found it was Oriental Trade and knew I had made no recent purchases. Once I looked back at previous statement, I found that they had been charging me monthly. I called the company and had this cancelled immediately. When I questioned the rep she simply stated that an email was sent to explain. I informed her that I did not recall receiving any such email.
