Very disappointed about the surprise Fun Rewards. Shame on you. It is a trick if you add this without permission. I emailed 2 weeks ago and asked for this charge to be removed. It still has not been addressed I will never order from you again.Oriental Trading Company, Inc.

Fun Rewards+ is a rewards program where, upon signing up, customers receive 10% cash back while shopping Oriental Trading brands and 5% back at 1,500+ other marketplaces. This rewards program is not an automatic enrollment program. In order to join, customers must agree to the program at the end of their order and verify signup by typing in their email and accepting the charges. After sign up, a welcome email for the Fun Rewards+ program is sent along with a second email prior to the program's 30 day free trial ending.Review fromMarie H

I have purchased many items from OTC with no problem. Sometimes the quality isn't as good as I expected but most of the time it's fine. I love the vast amount of items that OTC carries. The people complaining about being charged for the"Fun Rewards" have failed to read what the program entails. It clearly states there is a monthly membership fee. The first time the Fun Rewards option showed up, I declined it after reading the terms.Oriental Trading Company, Inc.

1 starwish zero stars was an option. I was told they have no manager, when I called to report a charge I saw on my statement. I spoke to a very rude guy named John who lied to my face saying I was never charged for a membership because I had insufficient funds, I then look at my statements and see I was charged over 4 months in a row. what complete bull shite then I look further down the line and see I was charged twice for the ONE order I made!! never wanted a membership I wanted what I purchased which in itself was poor quality and very annoying to deal with. all of the customization items come with the item then stickers for you to do yourself. they don't actually take the time to do it for you so they come out looking all un even and not as nice as they advertise. poor company. won't shop here again.Review fromErik R

1 starSaw a charge on my credit card for $146.28 from OTC Brands. I hadn't purchased anything from the company at all, ever, and immediately called my credit card company who took the charge off and closed my account and issued me a new credit card. I don't know if someone stole my account info and used it to buy from OTC Brands (in which case OTC Brands is innocent) or it OTC Brands got ahold of my credit card info and charged me. The is a fraudulent program. Like reviewers before I was notified of this program after placing an order with Oriental Trading. Once discovering there was a fee, I declined the offer. I have been getting charged $15.77 since September.Oriental Trading Company, Inc.

I would have to agree with the other commenters here. Their business practices are very underhanded. I made a purchase on 11/4/2022. I received one email from Fun Rewards+ for the 30-day free trial with an offer to - "Now's the time to claim the $10 Cash Back, offered to you on your recent purchase!". I submitted that request on 11/5/2022. I was subsequently charged $14.95 in both January and February and went ahead and cancelled the ongoing charges. Checked the status of my $10 cash back and it was still sitting with a status of "submitted". It has not been "reviewed" or "paid out". When I completed an inquiry online and submitted it, I received a message that the inquiry could not be submitted due to security concerns. Really?!?Oriental Trading Company, Inc.

We looked at the account. We did not receive the back up documentation which is why the reward was not processed. The rebate was submitted however you'll need to send us the documentation before the rebate can be approved. What a horrible company to punish you for simply Christmas shopping by auto enrolling you in fun rewards! People do not have the money to suddenly have charges on their bank account. It's totally deceitful to put some fine print about being charged!Oriental Trading Company, Inc.
